摘要:塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类,因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑件产品的生产过程和提高产品的质量有很大的意义。毕业论文根据设计要求介绍了饭盒盖模具注塑成型模具设计的基本步骤,详细介绍了注塑模具浇注系统,注塑机基本参数和选择要素,成型零部件的尺寸的计算,导向部分的设计,标准件的选择,温度调节系统(包含加热系统和冷却系统的设计,加热的方法和冷却管路的布局)和顶出复位系统的设计过程,设计参考了很多分析软件的结果和许多典型例题的设计思路及路线,并按照标准要求对模具结构部件的材料及加工要求做了说明。本设计充分运用了当今流行的三维绘图软件Pro/E及塑料注塑模的流动冷却分析软件Moldflow。通过此次模具设计了解了单分型面注塑模具结构与工作原理,点浇口模具设计时的开模顺序和开模导向机构的设计。
通过本设计,使我了解了更多塑料的类型、塑料的成型特性、塑件的未来发展方向;使我对注塑模具有一个初步的认识,注意到设计中的某些设计细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理,各种标准件的选择,体会生活中各种塑件的来源,通过对常见塑件的观察能知道它的分型面的设置、浇口的选择有无抽芯机构等。通过对Pro/E的学习,体会到当今CAD/CAE在产品设计中起到举足轻重的作用。

Lunch Covered in Mold Design
Abstract: Plastics industry is the world's one of the fastest growing industrial sectors, while the injection mold is one of the fast-growing species, and therefore the study on the understanding of plastic injection molding production process and improve the quality of the products have great significance. Thesis describes the boxes according to the design requirements of injection molding, mold design and mold covered the basic steps, detailing the injection mold injection system, the basic parameters of injection molding machine and select elements, forming parts of the calculation of the size, orientation part of the design, standard parts selection, temperature control system (including heating and cooling system design, heating methods and the cooling pipe road layout) and the top of the reset system design process, the design analysis software with reference to the results of many and many a typical example of the design ideas and route, and in accordance with standard structural components of the mold material and processing requirements are illustrated. The design of the full use of today's popular three-dimensional mapping software Pro / E and the flow of plastic injection mold cooling analysis software Moldflow. With this understanding of a single mold design injection mold parting surface structure and working principle, the point gate mold design and mold when the mold opening sequence and the design-oriented institutions.
Through this design, the more I understand the type of plastic, plastic molding characteristics of the future direction of plastic parts; so I have an initial injection mold awareness, noting the design of some of the design details of the issues, mold structure and working principle, the choice of a variety of standard parts, plastic parts experience life in a variety of sources, through the observation of plastic parts common to know the parting of its setting, whether the choice of gate Pulling organizations. On Pro / E learning experience that today's CAD / CAE in product design play a decisive role.
