怎样开气泡酒(1) How to Open a Sparkling Wine
——气泡酒或香槟通常放在盛有冰水 混合物的冰桶内以备饮用 A sparkling wine (Champagne) is best served in a bucket of iced water.
——当酒塞还有很少一部分留在酒瓶中时,应该用手握住酒 塞将其缓慢旋出,而不是发出很响的声音 Hold the cork and the wine opener together and pull the cork out without a loud “pop” sound when the bottom part of the cork still left in the bottle
——先用第一节顶住瓶口,慢慢以垂直90度的角度往上提, 注意千万不能倾斜,再用第二节,否则酒塞会被拉断 Put the first against the bottle neck and lift the handle of the wine opener straight upwardly. Then with the second part. If not, the cork will be easy to break.
——酒刀金属螺旋部分点入时应该呈45度角, 同时也要握紧酒瓶。 Insert the worm at the center part of the cork in an 45 degree angle
——不要把酒刀的金属螺旋部分全部钻进酒塞, 剩下最后一节为宜 Don’t screw the whole “worm” into the cork. Generally speaking, leave the last part of the “worm” out of the bottle

4.用一块干净的布把瓶口擦干净 Clean the rim with a napkin
——这是开葡萄酒的最后一个步骤。因为在酒塞被取出之后,瓶口会有一些残留的木 屑或者是其他的残留物
This is the last step of the uncorking process. The reason why we should clean the neck is there is something left on both sides inside the bottle and other leftovers around the bottle neck after the cork being removed.
