Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep; 回想它们过去的浓重的阴影;
How many loved your moments of glad grace,
And loved your beauty with love false or true;

• And both that morning equally lay
And that morning
In leaves no step had trodden black
Murmur, a little sadly, how love fled
And paced upon the mountains overhead,
And hid his face amid a crowd of stars.
Oh, I kept the first for another day
Robert Frost’s “The Road Not
Taken’’
• Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by And that has made all the difference.

And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimmed,
But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you,
And loved the sorrows of your changing face;
And bending down beside the glowing bars,
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance, or nature's changing course untrimmed
But thy eternal summer shall not fade, Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow’st, Nor shall Death brag thou wander’st in his

Hush little baby Hush little baby don't say a word Papa's gonna buy you a mockingbird And if that mockingbird won't sing Papa's gonna buy you a diamond ring And if that diamond ring turns brass Papa's gonna buy you a looking glass And if that looking glass gets broke Papa's gonna buy you a billy goat And if that billy goat won't pull Papa's gonna buy you a cart and bull And if that cart and bull turn over Papa's gonna buy you a dog named Rover And if that dog named Rover won't bark Papa's gonna buy you a horse and cart And if that horse and cart fall down You'll still be the sweetest little baby in town
Then took the other, as just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same.

The Road Not Taken
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both. And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth;
When you are old
———by WILLIAM BUTLER YEATS 叶芝
I love three things in this world.
Sun, moon and you. Sun for morning.
Moon for night. You forever.
“The Road Not Taken ” “未选择的路”
•And that has made all the difference
