半主动悬架系统的控制功能有如下几种:①防车尾下蹲控制;②防止换挡冲击控制;
③防止车头下沉控制;④防横摇控制;⑤汽车高速行驶时车身下降控制。

(1) Delphi两挡位实时自动阻尼调节系统(BBR'PD)。

该系统由4个带活塞阀的两挡位阻尼可控减振器、4个运动传感器和1个控制器、电控
单元等构成,并可选配1个转向传感器和模式选择开关。

系统结构如图所示。

大纳克(Tenneco)公司的连续控制电子悬架系统是一种半主动悬架系统,能够按照路面条件和驾驶状况对悬架阻尼进行连续性调整。

CES系统既能提供优越的操控性能,同时无损驾乘的舒适性能,并能在不同模式间进行切换。

CES的核心部位是一套先进的阀控系统,经过同ohlins Racing公司的联合开发,该阀控系统整合厂电子控制器和底盘传感器,使之共同作用以实现最佳的阻尼特性。

采埃孚萨克斯(ZF Sachs )公司的连续阻尼控制系统(Continuous Damping Control, CDC)是一种半主动悬架系统,该系统通过对每个独立的车轮施加优化的阻尼力,能够显著地改善汽车的操纵稳定性、舒适性和安全性。

连续阻尼控制系统(CDC)主要由阻尼可控减振器、电控单元、传感器等构成,系统结构如图所示。
