混合动力客车传动系统设计

摘要

客车是市民出行的首选,在各个城市中承担着人口流动的任务,应用广泛,数量众多。同时城市客车的运行工况特殊,城市中信号灯多,站点之间距离短,运行路线固定,城市客车频繁的起步,加速,制动,怠速时间长,平均运行速度低。由于汽车设计时需要满足最高行驶车速和最大爬坡度等动力性要求,需要装备大功率发动机,使得城市客车经常处于功率过剩状态,造成了严重的能源浪费和环境污染。

油电混合动力汽车融合了传统燃油汽车和纯电动汽车的优点,具有传统内燃机车动力性好和电动汽车清洁环保的特点,能够有效的降低能源消耗,减少污染排放,具有重要的研究意义。混合动力汽车一般由一个发动机和一个电动机来提供动力。动力合成装置可以对由从发动机传递过来的能量和由从电动机传递过来的能量进行动态合成,然后输出到驱动轴上,从而带动车辆运行。本设计的这套动力合成装置的核心是一套行星齿轮传动系统,它能实现不同输入转速和动力的合成,有可靠的能量分流,而且结构紧凑,方便控制,将它与传统的动力传动技术紧密结合,能够支持多种工作模式。以行星齿轮机构的动力耦合能实现复杂的工作条件需求,因此将会是今后研究和发展的重点。

ABSTRACT

Bus is the first choice of the public, bearing the task of the movement of the population. City bus is widely used and the number is large. The using condition of city bus is special, there are many signal lights, short distance between sites ,fixed routes, frequently starting,

accelerating, braking, long idle time, low average speed and so on. As the vehicle needs to meet the requirement of the highest speed and maximum climbing degree while designing, usually a high-power engine is equipped, making the city bus in power surplus state, resulting in a serious energy waste and environment pollution.

Hybrid electric vehicle combines the traditional fuel vehicles and pure electric vehicles advantages effectively reduce energy consumption and reduce emissions. It is meaningful to study on hybrid vehicles. this design's this set of power synthesizer's core is a set of planetary transmission system, it can realize the different input rotational speed and the power synthesis, has the reliable ene rgy divergence, moreover the structure is compact, facilitates the control, unifies closely it with the traditional power drive technology, can support many kinds of working patterns. Can realize the complex working condition demand by planetary gears' dyn amic coupling, will therefore be the present studies and the development key point.
