海底捞组织认同对餐饮业的启示

摘要：随着经济的发展，全球化竞争愈演愈烈，企业受到外部环境的冲击，自身的缺陷也逐渐显露出来，为了保持企业的长期进步，建立自己独有的优势，企业针对不同的影响因素采取了措施，这些措施虽然缓和了现状，但也无形中加剧了企业与员工的矛盾，影响了组织认同。同时，随着新时代的发展，知识型人才成为企业的重要组成部分，然而知识型人才在新时代发展变化中形成的个性成为企业管理过程中组织认同提升的重难点。餐饮行业作为第三产业发展的主力也存在类似问题。如何提高组织认同，成为每一个企业急需思考和解决的问题。

文章由五个部分组成，开始部分写了文章的研究背景及目的、意义等内容；然后，通过查阅文献及期刊对企业发展和组织认同的背景、定义、影响进行综述，说明组织认同对企业发展的影响；其次，对海底捞成功案例进行分析，总结其经营发展中在提升组织认同方面的可取之处；之后，根据调查问卷数据分析餐饮行业企业发展的组织认同的现状；最后，结合海底捞较高组织认同的案例给予餐饮行业在企业发展中如何提升组织认同提出建议。

Abstract：With economic development, global competition intensified, companies by the impact of the external environment, its own shortcomings gradually revealed, in search of better core competitiveness, maintain the development of enterprises of different factors taken measures which While easing the current situation, but also exacerbated the conflict virtually enterprises and employees, the impact of organizational identification. Meanwhile, with the development of a new era of knowledge-based talent to become an important part of personality, however, knowledge-based professionals in a new era of development and change in formation to become heavy and difficult process of enterprise management to enhance organizational identity. Food and beverage industry as the main tertiary industries have similar problems. How to improve the organizational identity, every enterprise has become an urgent need to think and solve problems.

Article consists of five parts, the beginning of writing the research background and purpose, significance contents of the article; then, through literature and periodicals on business development and organizational identity of the background, definitions, impact review described organizational identity for Enterprise Development impact; Second, sea fishing success case analysis, summarized its business development merit in improving organizational identity aspects; later, according to survey data analysis of the organization catering industry business development identity; Finally, sea fishing higher organizational identification cases give the catering industry in enterprise development proposals how to enhance organizational identity.
