职位描述:
一. Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Resources/Budget Planning 资源 / 预算规划
Takes charge of the H/C review and develops recruitment plans accordingly
负责人员数量评估并相应地制订招聘计划
Assists to set recruitment budget for headhunting, advertisement, campus recruitment, scholarship, etc. 帮助制订招聘预算(猎头、广告、校园招聘、奖学金等)
2. Recruitment Operations招聘工作
Fulfills all kinds of recruitment needs, e.g. experienced/intern hires, campus recruitment, etc., with speed and quality 又快又好地满足各种招聘需求,如招聘有工作经验的/实习生,校园招聘等Makes sure that all recruitment activities are in compliance with policies and profit plan; 确保所有招聘活动符合政策和利润计划
Identifies innovative candidate sourcing and selection ways发现人才寻找和选拔的创新方式
Works with hiring managers and C&B colleagues to prepare offer proposals and ensures all necessary pre-employment paperwork and documents are completed
与用人部门经理和薪资福利同事合作,准备聘用提案,确保完成所有必要的聘前文书和文件
3. University Relations大学关系
Coordinates various university programs, e.g. campus recruitment, summer intern and scholarship sponsorship, etc., to both meet the recruitment needs and strengthen the employer brand
协调各大学项目,如校园招聘、暑期实习生和奖、助学金等,满足招聘需求,推广企业品牌
4. Vendor Management供应商管理
Assists selecting appropriate recruitment vendors, e.g. job boards, recruitment agencies, campus solution providers, assessment agencies, etc.; manages and develops their performance, to improve overall recruitment efficiency, strengthen the employer brand and reduce cost
协助选择适当的招聘供应商,如招聘网站、招聘公司、校园解决方案提供商、评估机构等,管理和发展其
绩效,全面提高招聘效率,推广企业品牌和降低成本
5. Reporting 报告
Coordinates and consolidates all Staffing related reports
协调和整合招聘相关报告
6. Other Projects 其它项目
Drives or participates in other Staffing related projects, e.g. Standard Org Chart and JD, Succession Planning, Standard Staffing Model etc.
推动或参加其它招聘项目,如标准组织图和岗位描述,接替者规划,标准人员配置模型等
7. Continuous Improvement 持续改进:
Improves Staffing competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes 通过推动进行持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高招聘职能的竞争力和客户满意
度
二.Competency Requirements (能力要求)
1.211 University, Bachelor’s degree or above, major Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.. 211院校,本科或以上学历,人力资源、商务或相关专业优先
2. Above 3 years work experience in HR related functions, experience in manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry preferred.
3年以上人力资源部门工作经验,必须有制造业经验,汽车行业优先
3. ? State/Local labor laws & regulations 国家/地方劳动法律法规? Computer operations, e.g. MS Office 良好Office软件使用技巧? Strong interpersonal and communication skills 优秀沟通技巧
4. Fluent English(oral and written)英语可流利交流。
