菜鸟驿站的发展现状及趋势研究

摘要：物流瓶颈已成为制约阿里巴巴发展的最大瓶颈。为探索解决物流瓶颈的解决办法，阿里巴巴进行过多种尝试，但均以失败告终。经过反复失败尝试积累的宝贵经验，马云最终选择了第四方物流配送模式作为阿里巴巴的物流配送模式，为此投入50亿建立菜鸟网络公司。菜鸟网络在线下的一大重要组成部分——菜鸟网络实体服务店就称为菜鸟驿站。研究菜鸟驿站的发展现状及趋势，无疑对研究我国物流的现状及趋势具有重要的参考价值，这也正是笔者的目的所在。

本文分为五个部分，第一部分为引言，简介菜鸟驿站的相关背景；第二部分为菜鸟驿站的由来，介绍了阿里巴巴的物流瓶颈及成立菜鸟驿站项目的初衷；第三部分为菜鸟驿站的发展现状，介绍了菜鸟驿站高速发展但盈利和前景仍不清晰的现状；第四部分为菜鸟驿站的运营模式分析，分析菜鸟驿站在服务项目上的特色以及收发存放快递包裹、划片经营、用户体验三方面的运营利弊；第五部分为菜鸟驿站的发展趋势研究，探讨了菜鸟驿站将进一步向农村区域发展、将向“O2O”电商模式转型、未来将提供更多样化的业务选择这三大可能的未来发展趋势；第六部分为总结，得出了全篇论文的分析结论。

Abstract: Logistics has become a bottleneck restricting the biggest bottleneck in the development of Alibaba.
