摘要

21世纪电子商务进入了迅猛发展的时代，随着电子商务发展的日趋成熟，逆向物流的重要性日益显著，并逐渐成为困扰电子商务发展的瓶颈。有效的退货处理可以降低成本、提高客户满意度，回收正向物流产生的废弃物更是有环保的效应，从而提升企业的社会形象，所以逆向物流的优化将成为各电子商务经营者取得竞争优势的关键之一。然而我国电子商务环境下的逆向物流还存在着很多问题，很多电子商务企业还没有意识到逆向物流的重要性，逆向物流的不完善造成的弊端

越来越制约着电子商务发展，解决逆向物流存在的问题迫在眉睫。

本文将从电子商务环境下逆向物流的概念、特点入手，着重研究电子商务环境下的退换货问题。在对电子商务环境下逆向物流的发展现状的进行分析基础上，找出我国电子商务环境下逆向物流存在的问题并分析成因，然后针对存在的问题提出合理的解决策略。最后以具体的一个实际案例进行研究分析，也对论文的研究成果是否切实可行、是否具有操作性做一个实际论证。

Abstract

In the 21st century ,E-commerce has developed rapidly, with the development of electronic commerce, the importance of reverse logistics has become increasingly significant,reverse logistics has

become a big obstacle to the development of e-commerce. Effective processing of returns logistics can

reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and it is good for the environmental to recycling the waste

produced from forward logistics effectively , which can enhance corporate's social image, so the optimization of reverse logistics has become the key advantages for all business managers to gain a

position in the competition .However ,in our country ,there are still many problems about reverse logistics under the e-commerce environment,.Moreover, many companies do not realize the importance

of e-commerce reverse logistics,the problems of reverse logistics is increasingly restricting the development of e-commerce , so to solve the problems of reverse logistics is quite imminent.

In the beginning, this article will discuss the concepts and characteristics of reverse logistics under the e-commerce environment,then we will focus on the returns problems under the e-commerce environment.On the basis of the analysis of current status of reverse logistics under e-commerce environment ,the paper is aimed at finding the problems of reverse logistics of e-commerce and analyze

the reasons, and then propose reasonable solution strategies for the problems. Finally, I will do a

detailed study of an actual case , which will also test and verify whether the strategies proposed in the

paper is practicality or not.
