探讨老年人口腔修复临床常见问题及其治疗

摘要]：目的探讨老年人口腔修复临床常见问题及其治疗方法对以往接收过老

年口腔修复患者作为研究对象,我院从2016年8月到2017年8月共入院治疗老年口腔修复患者数量60例,这60例患者均符合老年口腔修复相关标准, 其中60例老年口腔修复患者中有男性38例，女性22例，整体年龄小于60岁为23例，60-70岁之间为25例，大于70岁为12例患者。整体平均年龄在（63.7±4.2）岁。将其对象纳入临床资料，并进行分析，总结出临床修复特点及效果。结果接收过60例老年口腔修复患者进行分析后，这60例老年口腔修复患者中有25例实施固定义齿修复，35例采用活动性义齿修复；其中42例要求提高牙齿咀嚼功能，其中进行活动义齿修复比例远大于固定义齿修复，而其中12例出现食物堵塞，其中男性明显高于女性；6例要求改善牙齿美观，其中男性明显高于女性。结论通过对接收老年口腔修复患者进行分析后得知，活动性义齿修复为主，该方式可以有有效治疗老年口腔修复患者，并提高治疗效率，而不良反应几乎没有，同时对于咀嚼功能、牙齿美观均有改善效果，所以活动性义齿修复方法可以老年口腔修复患者有效治疗，使得大力进行临床发展。

To discuss common clinical problems and treatment of oral rehabilitation in the elderly [Abstract] Objective To investigate the common clinical problems and treatment methods of oral rehabilitation in the elderly. For patients who have received oral prosthesis in the past as the research object, the number of patients undergoing oral prosthesis treatment in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 For example, these 60 patients met the relevant standards for oral rehabilitation in the elderly. Of the 60 elderly patients with oral prosthesis, 38 were males and 22 were females. The overall age was less than 60 years and 23 cases were between the ages of 60-70. The subjects were included in the clinical data and analyzed, and the clinical repair characteristics and effects were summarized. Results After 60 elderly patients received oral prostheses for analysis, 25 out of 60 elderly patients with oral prostheses had fixed prosthetic restorations and 35 patients used prosthetic removable prostheses. Among them, 42 were required to improve their chewing function, including active dentures. The repair rate was much larger than that of fixed dentures, and 12 of them had food blockages, of which males were significantly higher than females. Six patients required improved aesthetics of teeth, of which males were significantly higher than females. Conclusion Through analysis of elderly patients receiving oral prosthesis, it is known that active denture repair is the main method. This method can effectively treat elderly patients with oral prosthesis and improve the treatment efficiency. There is almost no adverse reaction. At the same time, the function of chewing and teeth are beautiful. All have the effect of improvement, so the active denture restoration method can effectively treat elderly patients with oral repair, making vigorous clinical development.
