This warehouse/ warehous e services agreement can be used for the ‘outsourcing’ of warehousing and distribution. The Customer (manufacturer, reseller, etc.) can contract with a service provider to perform all warehouse and distribution functions including storage, order selection, shipment and administrative functions. The agreement envisions the service provider using its own personnel, equipment, storage facilities, transport, etc. Please also note that a number of highlighted areas in the agreement will need to be completed after the relevant issues have been properly considered. Also, do not forget to delete the guidance notes appearing in various parts of the agreement.
