丘北一中板鞋竞速开展的体育教学环境研究

摘要

云南作为我国少数民族成分最多的地区，其民族体育成分更是以它浓郁的乡土气息和民族特色，成为中国民族传统体育中一块瑰宝。少数民族传统体育项目从不同角度反映了各民族的历史文化、习俗风情，不仅是少数民族人民强身健体的重要方式，也为加强民族团结，活跃人民文化生活做出了积极的贡献。少数民族传统体育项目历史悠久、内容丰富、范围广泛，融健身、娱乐为一体，具有很高的开发价值，在中学开展少数民族传统体育项目，是创新中学课程内容、丰富校园文化、弘扬和传播少数民族体育文化的有效途径。通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等科研方法，对丘北一中开展少数民族传统体育项目--板鞋竞速运动的教学环境进行了研究和探讨。研究结果表明:丘北一中的体育教学环境以物理环境和人文社会环境相结合，以学校体育环境为机构的体育教学理念来开展体育教学，丘北一中的体育课程内容多是从竞技体育转化而来，如：篮球、田径、排球等，学生对其已经产生厌倦，失去兴趣；体育教学课堂模式单一，均采用了传统的教学模式。板鞋竞速作为少数民族一项独具特色的传统体育运动项目，以其特有的健身性、竞技性等特征，深受学校师生的喜爱；丘北一中具有雄厚的体育师资力量和优越的场地设施且汇聚了壮族、苗族、彝族、回族等少数民族学子于学校学习，为丘北一中引进少数民族传统体育项目提供了场地和师资力量。板鞋竞速的引进对丘北一中体育教学环境的改善提出挑战，从而不断深化该校的体育教学环境，对弘扬中华民族传统文化，振奋民族精神，促进板鞋竞速运动的开展与普及也具有十分重要的意义。

By using the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation and expert intervie w method, the scientific research method of the high north one the development of tra ditional minority national sports events-BanXie racing movement teaching environme nt was studied and discussed. The results of the study show that: the high in the north a PE teaching environment to the physical environment and the social environment, and the combination of school physical education environment for institutions in the sports teaching idea to develop sports teaching, north of the sports curriculum content more a transformed from competitive sports, such as basketball, track and field, volleyball, and so on, to the student has generated tired, lose interest; BanXie racing as minorities a unique traditional sports, with its peculiar body building, athletics features, such as school teachers and students by love; The introduction of the BanXie racing to north one sport teaching the improvement of the environment to challenge, so as to deepen the school sports teaching environment, to develop the traditional national culture, rouse national spirit, and promote the development of the movement BanXie racing with the popular also has the very vital significance.
