摘要目的:黄芩中总黄酮含量的测定。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定黄芩中总黄酮的含量。结果:黄芩中总黄酮含量是 0.034mg/ml。
Abstract Objective :To determine the content of total flavonoids in Radix Scutellariae.
Methods :Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to To determine the content of total flavonoids content.
Results :Total flavonoids content of Radix Scutellariae reached 0.034mg/ml。
