液压虚拟实验系统设计

摘要

液压传动课程的重点和难点之一是液压元件结构组成及工作原理,掌握这部分内容是阅读和设计液压回路及液压系统的基础。但是由于学生缺乏实践经验,对复杂元件的结构很难弄懂,其工作原理也不容易理解。针对这一教学难点,为了化难为易,利用三维动画技术制作了“液压虚拟实验系统”。采用三维动画对常用液压元件的结构形状、元件组装和工作原理进行仿真演示,增加了立体感和真实感,使复杂的教学内容变得简单、直观,从而使课堂教学生动活泼,学生理解快,掌握牢固,激发了学生的学习兴趣,增强了学习的积极性和主动性,从而提高了教学质量。

在液压元件三维实体造型及动画制作过程中,选择合理的工具软件是开发液压多媒体元件库的基础,。本课题使用PRO/E软件进行液压元件三维实体造型及三维组装,并采用Flash辅助实现液压元件三维动画装配及回路动画制作及建立三维图库的开发过程。

PRO/E软件是当前主流的三维软件之一,其严格的造型标准和灵活的修改变换功能对于本课题所需的动态仿真装配等三维制作大有裨益,而二维制作上采用的Flash和AutoCAD软件,分别作为动态表达和工程上的优秀软件,也是本课题必不可少的工具.本文介绍了液压虚拟实验系统从二维制作到三维制作的各个步骤,力求系统完善,表达清晰。

Virtual experiment system of hydraulic design

Abstract

The structure and working principle of the hydraulic components is one of the important and difficult of Hydraulic transmission course,master this part of content is read and design the basis of hydraulic circuit and hydraulic system. But because the students lack of practical experience,it is hard to understand about the structure of complex components, its working principle is not easy to understand. According to the teaching difficult,to changed a hard job to easy. Using the three dimensional animation technology to make the hydraulic virtual experiment system,using the three dimensional animation shape of the structure of the commonly used hydraulic components,components assembly and working principle of the simulation demonstration,increased the stereo feeling and sense of reality,make the teaching content of complex to be simple,and thus make a lively classroom teaching,students understand fast,grasp firmly,stimulated the students' interest in learning,to enhance the learning enthusiasm and initiative,so as to improve the teaching quality.

In the process of 3d entity modeling and animation of hydraulic components,choose reasonable tool software is the base of the development of hydraulic component library multimedia.This topic using PRO/E software for hydraulic element 3 d entity modeling and 3 d assembly,and using Flash auxiliary hydraulic components assembly and circuit of animation and 3 d animation set up 3 d gallery development process.

PRO/E software is one of the current mainstream of 3d software,the modelling of its strict standard and flexible modification transformation functions for this topic will be great help,such as three-dimensional dynamic

simulation of the assembly production,and 2d used on making Flash and AutoCAD software,respectively,as a dynamic expression and good software engineering,is also the necessary tools for this topic. This paper introduces the various steps of the hydraulic virtual experiment system from 2d to 3d make system perfect and clear.
