三四单元重难点复习及习题

1、规则变化

单音节词和少数双音节词，加词尾-er，-est来构成比较级和最高级。

2、不规则变化

一、形容词的原级

1、用“as+形容词+as”

例如：Tara is as quiet as Sam

Nelly speaks as quietly as Larry

2、否定句用“not so+形容词+as”句型.

Tara is not so tall as Sam

Nelly speaks not so quietly as Larry

二、形容词的比较级

(一)、比较级的用法总结：

1、比较级的标志是than,形容词和副词的比较级前，可用much, even,a little ,a lot 修饰

2、当A 和B做比较时时，用“A+ 谓语动词+ 比较级+ than B”

①Tara is taller than Sam ② Tara is more outgoing than San

③Nelly runs faster than Larry ④Nelly has longer hair than Larry

3、“越来越……”比较级＋and＋比较级”。worse and worse.

多音节比较级用“more and more＋形容词原级”形式。如：more and more popular

4、The+比较级。。。，the+比较级越。。。，越。。。The earlier,the better

5、比较A、B两事物, Which is taller,A or B

6、Betty’s hat is bigger than mine=my hat

三、最形容词的最高级

1、①三者或三者以上比较，一般有表示范围的词组，比如in our clas s, of the three等词组出现时用最高级

例如：Tom is the tallest of the three

He runs the fastest in our class

②形容词最高级前通常必须用定冠词the，the+最高级，例如：

Sun Cinema is the biggest movie theater in the world

太阳电影院是世界上最大的电影院。

2、使用最高级时候，注意以下几点;

①表示“最…之一”，用one of the+最高级+名词复数

He is one of the tallest students in our class

他是我班最高的学生之一

Shanghai is one of the biggest cities in China.

上海是中国最大城市之一。

②“the+序数词+最高级第二长…”

T he Yellow River is the second longest river in China

③当最高级前有“…的”时，最高级前不加the
