Procedures 流程
A series of steps that should follow by the company to obtain Halal Certificate.
企业取得清真证书的一系列步骤。
I. General Policies常规政策
Halal certification can be requested for all products including food, beverage, medicine, and cosmetic in the forms of raw material, intermediate product, final product, and its supporting product.

Policies and Procedures HAS 23000:2 HAS 23000:2政策和流程
MUI Halal Certification Must Follow The Policy and Procedure Based on HAS 23000:2 MUI清真认证必须遵 循HAS 23000:2的政策和流程
企业可以认证部分产品也可以认证全部产品。 For retailed product with certain brand to be certified, all products of the same brand marketed in Indonesia shall be registered. Please delete this item 如果要认证带有品牌的零售产品，那么出口到印尼的这一 品牌所有产品都需要认证。
Products : foods, cosmetics, medicine , non food products (for example : leather, cloth, shoes) and services (for example : logistic)
任何的产品都可以申请清真认证，包括食品，饮料，药品，化 妆品原料， 中间品，成品以及其相关的产品 Halal certification process requested by companies including processing industry, slaughterhouse, restaurant, catering service, and distributor .

Pre Audit Verification of Document Completeness 预审 文件完整性验证
Every registration document will be verified by Auditing and HAS Division 每一份上传的文件都会被审核部门和HAS部审查 Audit can be conducted when minimum requirements of registration document is complete (pass pre audit) 现场审核的前提是上传的文件符合最低要求（通过预审） If incomplete Auditing/ HAS Division will send a pre‐audit memorandum 如果没有完成预审 审核/体系部门会发一份预审问题清单 Audit will be scheduled after all documents are verified (complete) and the certification fee is paid. 通过预审并支付了审核费用之后才会安排现场审核。

Registration Status申请状态
If Cerol Registration complete date is more that 6 months since expiry date of Halal Certificate Registration status is considered as a new registration, and Halal Certificate will be issued with new number 如果自证书过期时间至重新申请完成时间已经超过6个月-----> 申请状 态将会被认为是一个新的申请号，清真证书会有一个新的号码
Applicants : companies of foods, non foods, services and distributor
可以提出申请的企业，包括加工制造业，屠宰场，餐厅，服务 业以及经销商 Halal certification process shall follow the policies and procedures of LPPOM MUI (you can delete this item) 清真认证的过程必须符合LPPOM MUI的政策和流程
Registration by Distributor 经销商申请
In case the applicant is distributor ,Distributor shall be in one group with the manufacturer that produced the products. 如果经销商申请证书，经销商必须和生产企业属于同一集团
增加产品：新产品和已经申请过的产品属于同一个类别 Renewal : the products registered have been certified by MUI and its halal certificate will be expired
Renewal : for the company who want to extend (to renew) their halal certificate
Registration for Repacked or Relabelled Products 再包装和贴标产品的申请
Can be halal certified by MUI if : − The product has MUI Halal Certificate, or − The product is categorized as No Risk Product. MUI可以认证再包装和贴标的产 品，只要： 1.产品有MUI清真证书 2. 申请的产品属于无风险产品
Note 注释： Registration date is the date when the company finish uploading the registration data in Cerol. 注册日期是指在cerol上完成上传资料的时间

• Halal certification can be applied to LPPOM MUI 向LPPOMMUI提出清真认证的申请 • For companies located in China, registration is done at the representative office of LPPOM MUI in China ( email: china_halalregistration@ halal@ summer@ saierd@) 中国企业的申请是由LPPOM MUI中国办事处来完成

All products : restaurant & catering Retail products : all variants with the same brand marketed in Indonesia Not all products : non retail product
