飞行中人的因素

摘要

自从第一架飞机升空，不可避免的，飞行事故也就随之产生了。不管飞行器多么的先进，座舱自动化程度多么高，只要属有人驾驶，飞行安全和飞行事故中人的因素都将是民用航空界研究的永恒主题，也是一个现实而严肃的话题。据IATA1988年的统计资料表明：80%以上的飞行事故都是由于人的因素所造成的。

本文首先论述了航空事故与飞行员人为因素的关系，同时列举了大量航空事故案例，通过这些案例对飞行员的疏失进行分析与归纳，然后根据自身对飞行的认识和亲身的经历，提出了减少飞行员疏失确保飞行安全的一些建议。希望本文有助于飞行员认识飞行中人的因素，对整个飞行的影响，转换飞行员们的思维方式，强化安全意识，尽量避免人为的失误，确保飞行安全。

Human Factors In Flight

Abstract

Since the first aircraft airborne, inevitably, flight accidents happen. Regardless of the advanced aircraft and the automation, the human factors in flight will be one of the most eternal and serious topic in civil aviation, as long as the pilot control the aircraft. According to the statistics of IATA in 1988: 80% of the flight accidents were caused by human factors.

This paper first states the relationship between the aviation accidents and pilot negligence while listing a large number of aviation accident cases, then analyzes and generalizes the pilot's errors through the cases and puts forward some suggestions for the purpose of reducing the pilot errors and making ensuring the flight safety. I hope this paper might prove to be in valuable to the pilots strengthening their self-discipline, reducing negligence, and ensuring flight safety. Key word: Human factor; Accidents; Flight safety
