二、课程简介

本课程属于专业选修课；本课程以英美法为教学核心内容,包括英语法律术语、英美法系与大陆法系的比较、英美律师职业介绍、英美主要部门法、WTO 法律文件选读、国际经贸法律、法学研究技巧与资源的运用，让学生掌握外语知识；使学生具有一定的外语交际能力和计算机操作能力。
