【中文摘要】历史街区的传统价值在当今文化缺失的状态下显得弥足珍贵,面对我国蓬勃开展的城市建设活动,如何对这些脆弱的城

市地段注入活力,并保持自身的文化特点,值得关注。历史街区的活力体现在它所具备各种职能上,能够重新赋予各个职能更为精准和与时俱进的内容,历史街区才能真正意义上获得重生。传统居住文化对建筑的指导提供了符合传统空间要求乃至人对场所的心理需求的设计

方法,这促进了对传统居住功能的保存。留住居住的人,才符合历史街区的真实性原则,这也是街区活力能够可持续发展的本质。本论文重点选取成都宽窄巷子历史街区、重庆磁器口历史街区这两个较为典型并各具代表性的历史街区进行实例剖析,从传统居住文化的视角出发,评价现状中活力要素,并挖掘在历史街区中可能复兴的潜在活力。建立历史街区的活力要素体系,说明物质环境只是复兴历史街区的一个方面,的是从社会因素、文化因素乃至街区的开发模式、宣传模式去维持一个历史街区的存在并促进其发展。本论文利用传统居住文化在现代建筑设计中的运用,对西安碑林历史街区府学巷历史地段公共空间进行概念性改造,从物质环境的角度实践历史街区活力复兴的设计策略。结合活力要素体系归纳历史街区活力复兴总体策略。

【英文摘要】The traditional value of the historical block is treasured under the background of the lack of the culture

nowadays. How to inject vigor into these fragile city areas and remain their own cultural characteristics is problem deserving attention facing our vigorously city construction activities. The vitality of historical block embodied in its various functions and the historical block can really sense reborn when it can be given more precise and practical functions.The guidance of traditional residence culture provides the design methods according with both traditional space requirements and psychological demands which promote preservation of the living function in historical block. Preserving people is according with the authenticity of the historical block and also the principle to remain sustainable development of vitalities in historical block. This thesis mainly chose two typical and representative cases which were Kuan Zhai alley in Chengdu and Ciqikou alley in Chongqing and analysis the vital factors of current vitalities in them from traditional residential culture angle and also the potential vitalities in historical block.Established the factor system of the vitalities in historical block and demonstrated the vital factors to sustain and develop a historical block are related to social, cultural and even the propaganda model of it beside the physical environment. The essay practice the restoring strategies of the

vitalities in historical block by an example of conceptual

design of the Fuxue lane of historical block Beilin in Xian

which added the traditional residential culture to modern architectural design. Combined with vital factors system the

essay induced the overall strategies of restoration of the

vitalities in historical block.
