摘要
随着国家对新疆经济开发力度不断的加大,新疆企业面临其所未有的机遇,如何在这机遇中发展壮大,成败关键在于管理。绩效考核作为一种有效的企业管理手段,是改善企业效益的重要途径之一。在评价与激励员工,增强企业活力和竞争力,促进企业发展和提高企业市场地位等,发挥着至关重要的作用,是企业人力资源管理的核心。本文通过绩效考核的理论、绩效考核的方法、绩效考核的实践,对新疆八棉纺织有限公司绩效员工考核制度进行研究,在新疆八棉纺织有限公司绩效体系分析中,主要对绩效考核的现状做了分析,发现其绩效考核的不足,并对其中存在的问题进行规划,提出适合新疆八棉纺织有限公司的绩效考核制度,构建了一套科学、客观、公正的绩效考核体系。再将规划后绩效考核制度如何实施制定方案。使得管理具有科学性,合理性及可行性,从而提高劳动生产率,提高员工的士气和积极性,增强了企业市场竞争力。
