120m 跨张弦桁架结构施工方法研究

［摘要］ 南京河海大学水流试验大厅 A 区 屋 盖 采 用 张 弦 桁 架 结 构， 结 构 主 要 由 多 榀 桁 架 组 成， 桁架之间由支撑桁 架、 三角形支撑桁架串联， 形成整体的张弦桁架结构 。 与 常 规 的 张 弦 桁 架 结 构 相 比， 其 具 有 桁 架 跨 度 大、 变形控制 难、 结构复杂的特点 。 通过对屋盖结构进行整体分析， 控 制 张 弦 桁 架 的 变 形， 提 出 了 张 弦 桁 架 的 张 拉 施 工 方 案， 包 括各榀张弦桁架的张拉轴力和张拉顺序， 并考虑了 相 邻 桁 架 在 张 拉 时 的 相 互 影 响 。 分 析 研 究 表 明， 通过恰当的施 可以在张拉时， 使相邻桁架的相互影响控制在允许的范围之内 。 工顺序， ［关键词］ 钢结构； 屋盖； 张弦桁架； 张拉； 施工分析； 挠度控制 ［中图分类号］ TU758 ； TU311 ［文献标识码］ A ［文章编号］ 10028498 （ 2012 ） 20008504
Abstract ： The roof of water test hall at Hohai University in Nanjing is truss string structure ， which contains some truss strings． And between these truss strings ，there are some bracing trusses and triangle truss strings ，so that the truss strings can form a integral structure． Contrast with conventional truss string structure ， this roof has a larger span ， is more difficult to control the deformation and is more complicated． Taking into account the analysis of the roof ’ s entirety and the deformation control of the truss strings ，this paper has put forward a method to stretch the truss strings． And this paper proposes the value of stretching force and the stretching sequence of the truss strings ，in the condition of interaction of the adjacent truss strings when they are stretched． According to the study ，it is found that the interaction of the adjacent truss strings in a permitted level through a suitable sequence when stretching the truss strings can be controlled． Key words ： steel structures ； deformation control 随着对建筑的 跨 度 要 求 越 来 越 大， 张弦桁架结 构以其优 美 的 造 型 和 良 好 的 经 济 性 受 到 越 来 越 多 的重视 。 广 州 国 际 会 展 中 心 和 哈 尔 滨 国 际 会 展 中 心的建成， 标 志 着 我 国 的 张 弦 梁、 张弦桁架的设计 与施工技 术 取 得 了 很 大 的 进 步 。 张 弦 结 构 是 将 上 弦刚性受 压 构 件 通 过 撑 杆 与 下 弦 拉 索 组 合 在 一 起 形成自平衡受力体 系， 是一种大跨度预应力空间结 也是混合结构体系发展中一个成功的创 构体系， 造 。 其结构 体 系 由 抗 弯 刚 度 较 大 的 刚 性 构 件 和 高
