哈尔滨冰城商务酒店采暖系统设计
摘要
本设计是哈尔滨冰城商务酒店采暖系统设计。目的是通过采暖系统改变室内温度条件,在寒冷的冬季营造一个温暖的环境。
首先,确定设计基本数据,并进行米暖热负荷计算。然后根据热负荷和建筑物的形式选择供暖系统设计方案,最后确定采用机械循环同程式单管热水供热系统。总立管设于建筑物中部的110-111之间,至顶部分为两
个环路,坡度0.003,每个回路最高处装有立式集气罐,回水管位于地下下0.5m 处。系统采用膨胀水箱定压,位于循环水泵入口前。
暖气片采用四柱813型,明装,距窗台板0.1m。室内供暖管道明装,支管与散热器的连接方式为同侧连接,上进下出,不考虑管道向室内散热。
绘制管路系统图,并标号,进行水力计算(不等温降法)。然后进行
各层供回水温度计算,确定各房间的暖气片数,并进行了布置。
设计图纸包括顶层、标准层和底层采暖平面图和采暖系统图。
通过本次设计使室内温度得到了改善,达到了设计要求,并且采用热水供暖比蒸汽供暖卫生条件好,耗能低,经济效益好。

Abstract
This is the desig n of Harbi n ice city bus in ess hotel heat ing system desig n .The purpose is to cha nge in door temperature through the heati ng system and build a warm en vir onment in cold win ter.
The first thi ng is to en sure the basic data of the desig n and carry on the heat load calculati on. Then it selects the desig n of heati ng system accordi ng to the heat load and type of buildi ng. Fi nally, it con firms to adopt mecha ni cal cycle with program sin gle pipe hot water heati ng system. Stand pipe locates in the 110 -111 of build ing to top which is divided into two loop which slope 0.003, and is equipped with collected the gas pitcher vertically in each retur n circuit highest point, the retur n pipe lies in un dergro und 0. 5m, the system adopts expa nd water tank pige on hole to carry; It lies in front of the en try to the circulati on pump.
Radiators adopt813 type, obviously outfit, and are apart from the window board 0.1m, in door heati ng pipeli ne obviously outfit. pipe and radiator are conn ected with the same side connection which are from the top to the below. It does not con sider the heat which pipeli ne dispels to the room.
Draw pipeli ne systematic picture, and make the label, it calculates water con serva ncy ,the n make the return water temperature calculati on for each layer and make sure each room nu mber of radiator, and the layout.
The design blueprint includes crest layer、standard layer and the first floor's heati ng pla ne chart and heat ing system diagram.
Though this desig n the in door temperature gets the improveme nt , arrives desig n requireme nts and adopts hot water heat ing is much better tha n steam heating in hygiene term、consume the energy and economic performanee.
