项目简介

拟建的深水半潜式钻井平台最大作业水深3,000

米，最大钻井深度10,000米，可在南海、东南亚和西非

海域进行高效、安全作业。本平台主要用于：

•探井和开发井钻井作业

•完井作业和修井作业

该深水半潜式钻井平台的基本设计计划由F&G和

中海油联合进行，双方共同拥有知识产权。详细设计和

建造准备在国内进行。建成后它将成为我国首座第六代

超深水钻井平台。

Project Overview

The Deepwater Semi-submersible Drilling Unit

is built to drill wells with the highest drilling

efficiency and safety in South China Sea,

Southeast Asia and Western Africa. The operation

water depth is up to 3,000 meters with drilling

depth up to 10,000 meters. It is primarily designed

for:

• Exploration & Development Well Drilling

• Completion & Workover Operations

The basic design will be jointly performed by

F&G and CNOOC, and the intellectual property

belongs to both parties. The detailed engineering

and construction will be conducted in China. The

unit will be the first 6th generation ultra deep

water drilling rig built in China.
