家电市场已经进展到决胜终端的阶段，未来家电销售通路优势将更多地表达于终端质量，而这“临门一脚”是否规范、细致、鲜活，对企业至关重要。

关于终端促销，厂家的立场是提高品牌忠诚度，提高品牌的销售额，而终端的立场是提高客流量与提高品类的销售额。

每个企业都在努力开发畅销产品，但产品是否畅销需要市场来验证。

价格在短期内能影响销量，但价格变动的幅度要受生产成本与社会平均劳动成本的制约，因此要在短期内提高零售效率，终端促销成为最快捷的方式之一。

一、专柜1. 进场是实现终端销售的第一步。

不管是店中店、柜中柜，首选是位置。

靠墙、靠门、靠角、靠边，都以人流量为准绳，若展柜缺乏人气从根本上就无法实现零售提升。

因此淡季就开始做准备，根据商场不一致的上柜时间提早着手疏通办理，尽最大努力设置专柜的位置。

2. 假如由于进场费问题，或者商家在一定时期无法安排到好的位置，我们就得在划定的位置刻意装修。

尝试向高空或者地面进展（如地贴、吊天花顶、移导购台、加高展台、附加灯箱等），上下折腾向空间进展，才能鹤立鸡群，至少也要崭露头角。

3. 专柜的形象要统一，专柜的设计要个性化，突出企业特色（如：海尔的家电园、格兰仕的红墙、三星的蓝色框架）成为卖场的一道风景，让个性的展台彰显产品的个性，即使没有争取到最佳的入场位置，也能吸引顾客的眼光。

4. 制作专柜的广告公司及卖场导购员都有义务实施专柜的保护。

日常保护由导购员完成，维修、更换由广告公司完成。

The VESDA VLF-250 detector is a very early warning smoke detector designed to protect small, business-critical environments of less than 250 m2 (2500 sq. ft.). The detector works by continually drawing air into sampling holes in a pipe network. The air is ﬁltered and passed into a detection chamber where light scattering technology detects the presence of very small amounts of smoke. Detector status information is communicated on the detector display and via relays or optional interface cards.
Out-of-the-box operation
The VLF can be installed and commissioned out-of-the-box without the need for a special interface or software programming tools. In operation, the unique Smoke DialTM display provides the user with an instant understanding of a smoke event, even from a distance. Should a fault occur, the user simply opens the ﬁeld service door and activates the Instant Fault Finder feature to determine the speciﬁc fault condition. This information can then be passed onto their ﬁre service company, ensuring that service technicians arrive onsite fully prepared.
