本单元的写作项目是说服性信函。这类信函首先符合信件的格式,即信头 (Heading)(发信人的地址和日期)、收信人的姓名及地址(Inside Name and Address)、称呼(Salutation)、正文(Body)、结束语(Complimentary)、署名 (Signature)。 此外,说服性信函要具备说服性议论文的特点,即它针对某个议论对象 提出自己的见解或主张,并陈述自己的理由,从而使读者信服。在写这类信 件时,基本可分为三个段落。 首段:点明写信的目的,陈述自己的观点。 主体段:陈述自己的理由,尽量站在对方的角度来谈问题,这样对方容易 接受自己的观点。 结尾段:再一次提出希望,礼貌地结束信件。
