Unit 2肢体语言 Body Language


肢体的各种动作可以表达我们内心的情感活动和心理需求,这些 外在的行动和表现通常会成为公关交际中的重要组成部分,我们 通常称之为肢体语言。肢体语言可以向他人传递个人的学识与修 养,并能够以其交流思想、表达感情。 对于公关人员而言,在日常的交际公关过程中,在与他人的沟通 交流过程中,不仅仅需要恰到好处地运用语言,还应当尽可能地 运用肢体语言来支持与配合,随时注意自己的站姿、坐姿、走姿、 面部表情、眼神、手势等,与人创造良好的沟通氛围。



A:当你同别人交流时,不仅仅 要使用话语,同样也要使用肢体 语言。肢体语言包括面部表情、 手势、目光和肢体接触等。一句 话,对每个人而言,身体的每一 个部位几乎都能传递出不同的信 息。 B:哇,听起来好复杂。 A:只要掌握到真诚友善的原则, 这些都不难。只是在一些细节我 们得注意罢了。

形象有助于商务活动,因此无论公司对着 装是否有严格的规定,公关人员都应注意。


A: My company dress code is strict. We must wear white shirts, dark suits and ties. B: The working atmosphere is relaxed and casual in our company. A: What does business casual mean to your company?
