 一、题材内容
 本模块话题是服装与时尚,第一单元的对话以即将毕业的学生准备毕业生晚会的服装为背景,谈论准备穿什幺样的服装以及在商店挑选衣服的情景;第二单元的阅读课文是一篇关于名牌服装的文章,文中讨论了人们的着装理念、名牌服装公司的经营方法等。

服装与时尚本身就是学生平时很感兴趣的话题,可以肯定学生会对本模块内容非常感兴趣。

学生可以围绕这一话题进行大量的听、说、读、写方面的语言实践活动,本模块的语法知识复习的是介词。

让学生在使用语言的过程中学习语言,促使学生更有意识地自觉学习英语。

教学中教师应随时随地灵活利用各种素材组织教学过程和内容。

充分调动学生的积极性。

Unit 1 共设计8个活动,学生通过听、读、说训练能够谈论服饰种类、不同场合应穿的衣服以及如何购买自己喜欢的衣物。

其中Activity 1要求看图片结对讨论照片上所展示的衣服;Activity 2 要求听录音,参考所提供的词汇与表达,回答所给出的问题。

Activities 3-4要求听读对话,了解如何选购衣物并回答问题。

Activity 5要求学生借助于所提供的单词,采用对话形式,说出对话中人物在购买衣服是所表现出来的情感态度。

Activities 6-7听读有关句子,掌握单词连读规则;Activity 8要求学生结对活动,就自己所要购买或穿的衣服展开问答练习。

Unit 2共设计了8个活动,要求学生通过说、读、写训练,能够以写作的方式,综合所学内容,表达自己穿着打扮的方式。

其中Activity 1要求学生讨论图片中人们的穿着方式,导入衣着应该时尚还是舒适的话题。

这里的you know并无特殊意义,常用于加强语气和引起对方的注意。

它可以放在句首、句中和句尾。

例如:You know, I’ve been thinking about what you said yesterday…知道吗,我一直在思考你昨天所说的话。

It’s strange, you know, that she hasn’t come yet.真奇怪,她竟然还没来。

I’m very fond of your new house, you know.你知道,我非常喜欢你的新房子。

2.Is it the logo—the company symbol—that catches your attention?是不是图标——就是公司的标志——引起你的注意了?这句话使用了一个强调句式,其结构是:It is/ was+被强调内容+that…It was the exam that made the boy very nervous.让男孩儿紧张的正是考试。

It’s America that Beibei wants to go to.贝贝想去的正是美国。

这里catch one’s attention表示“引起某人的注意”。

例如:Tom waved his hand to catch my attention.汤姆挥手以引起我的注意。

我们以前学过pay attention to这个短语,它表示“注意,专心”。

例如:You must pay attention to the teacher. Don’t let your attention wander.你必须专心听老师讲课,注意力不要分散。

Please stop showing off—we all know how rich you are!请不要再炫耀自己了——我们全都知道你是多么富有!三、语法:介词和介词短语1.表示时间的in, on, at(1)at主要表示在某时刻、时间的某一点。

如:at six 在六点at last 最后(2)on主要表示某一天,也可表示某一天的某部分。

如:on New Year’s Day 在新年on Monday morning 在星期一早上(3)in主要表示周、月、季节,年,泛指的上午,下午,晚上;还表示“过……后”(表示时间)如:in the day 在白天in a week 在一周in spring 在春天in 1999 在1999年He will be back in an hour. 他过一小时后就回来。

2.表示时间的in 与afterin用于将来时;after 用过去时,但在表示时间点时用于将来时态。

如:She will be back in a week.她一周后回来。

Mr. Black went to China, and he came back after a week.布莱克先生去了中国,一周后才回来。

The meeting will be held after 3 o’clock. 3点后开会。

3.表示方位的in, to, on(1)in 用在主语被包含在某一范围之中。

Beijing lies in the north China 北京位于中国的北部。

(2)to 用在主语在某一范围之外,不接壤。

Japan is to the east of China. 日本在中国的东部。

(3)on 用在表示两地互相接壤时,如:The North Sea is on the east of Great Britain.北海在英国的北边。

4.表示“在……中间”的among, between(1)between 表示在两者之间The hospital is between the shop and the bank .那家医院在商店和银行之间。

(2)among 表示在三者或三者以上之间。

如:The town lies among the mountains. 这座小城处于群山环绕之中。

5.表示“关于”的about;onabout 侧重于叙事,内容一般的书籍、文章等较浅显的问题;on 侧重论述,多用于比较重大的学术报告,专著等方面的问题。

a book on the radio 关于无线电方面的专著stories about this city 关于这个城市的故事6.表示“除了……以外”的except, besides, butexcept 表示“除了……都”;besides 表示“除了……还……”;but表示“除了……什么也没有”如:All the students went to the beach except me. 除了我以外,所有的学生都去了海滩。

The teacher has watched the TV play besides Lin Tao. 除了林涛外,还有老师看过那部电视剧。

There is nothing but a bed in the room. 房间里除了一张床什么也没有。

7.表示“穿过,经过”的across, through, over, pastacross 表示动作是在某一物体的表面进行的;through 则表示动作是在某一空间进行的;over 指从上方跨越过;past 指从某物旁边经过。

如:The Great Wall winds its way from west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys, till at last it reaches the sea.长城从西到东,越过沙漠,跨过高山,穿过深谷,蜿蜒而行,最后直抵大海。

We walked past the hospital. 我们从医院旁边经过。

8.表示“用……”的with, in“用……工具”使用with;“用……材料,语言,声音”使用in.Please write with a pen. 请用钢笔写。

He wrote the words in red inks. 他用红笔写下了那些话。

Say it in English, please. 请用英语说。

She said in a loud voice. 她大声地说。

☆时间状语前不用介词的情况修饰语中心词this, that morning(after, evening)week(month, term, year, etc.)January(February, etc.)spring(summer, etc.)next, last Sunday week January springtomorrow, yesterday morningthe day afternoon tomorrow, before yesterdaythe week after, next, before, lastone morning, Monday morning, day in May, spring morning☆介词短语1.短语的作用介词和它后面的名词,代词,动名词合在一起构成介词短语作状语,定语,表语等。

(1)作定语时,位于它所修饰的名词之后。

The computer on the desk is my father’s.课桌上的电脑是我爸爸的。

(2)作表语,位于连系动词后如:Our teacher’s desk is in the front of our classroom. 我们老师的讲桌在我们教室的前面。

(3)作状语位置,可在句首、句末、句中。
