作为中国网络发展的特色产物,“人肉搜索”引起了越来越多的关注。
“人肉搜索”作为一种搜索引擎,其有着很多的优点:改进搜索方式,提高搜索效率;贯彻言论自由,加强监督批判;放大道德威力,弥补法律空白。
但是狭义上的“人肉搜索”却侵犯了被搜索者的权利,污染了网络信息环境,对于网络的长远发展也是非常不利的。
本文所要探讨的也正是狭义上的“人肉搜索”。
转型中的市场经济秩序紊乱,社会主义精神文明建设严重滞后于物质文明建设,网络社会中各种价值观并存,人们现实生活中的压力等造成了大量的违背现实道德的网络行为和“人肉搜索”行为。
“人肉搜索”在使用过程中必须接受相应的规制,这种规制不仅仅要依赖于道德,还要依赖于法律以及一些技术性手段。
