作为中国网络发展的特色产物，“人肉搜索”引起了越来越多的关注。

“人肉搜索”作为一种搜索引擎，其有着很多的优点：改进搜索方式，提高搜索效率；贯彻言论自由，加强监督批判；放大道德威力，弥补法律空白。

但是狭义上的“人肉搜索”却侵犯了被搜索者的权利，污染了网络信息环境，对于网络的长远发展也是非常不利的。

本文所要探讨的也正是狭义上的“人肉搜索”。

转型中的市场经济秩序紊乱，社会主义精神文明建设严重滞后于物质文明建设，网络社会中各种价值观并存，人们现实生活中的压力等造成了大量的违背现实道德的网络行为和“人肉搜索”行为。

“人肉搜索”在使用过程中必须接受相应的规制，这种规制不仅仅要依赖于道德，还要依赖于法律以及一些技术性手段。
