1.Teacher shows the words with a big screen:moment,hardly,familiar,disappointed,ask the students to guess the meaning of these words,if they are right the word will disappear.Then explain the meanings and the usages of these words.Make sentences with the words and explain the meanings.
5.Listen to the tape twice and follow it line by line.

1.知识目标:能够熟练掌握本课单词moment,hardly, familiar,disappointed及短语run into/What a pity!/hear from的用法。
2.过程与方法:通过中心话题“多尴尬啊”,总结了本单元的内容,再一次让学生们知道要多交朋友,待人友好。
2.Give thestudents five minutes to remember the words.And then the teacher pick out one of them.Let students spell and read them one by one.
设计意图:教师以游戏的形式学习新单词并单个记忆,学生记得快。老师还可以找几名学生比赛记单词,激发他们的学习热情。
3.Explain the meaning of the whole text sentence by sentence,help the students remember the main phrases and the main sentences.
设计意图:让学生能抓住文中重点词汇和句型,善于归纳。
