Motorola手持设备外观检验标准1.0目标:此文件解释产品表面等级标准,表面等级的使用,以及说明移动仪器外观表面可接受的标准。

2.0 适用的范围:此标准使用于产品表面例如注塑品、印刷品、喷涂产品、电镀品、压铸品、光度透明品等等。

3.0 喷涂产品的标准与责任:这项目明确说明喷涂品的品质标准与检查方法;Motorola工业设计需要确定色板的标准包括光泽度和手感,每个颜色都会有指定的Motorola颜色编号,每个颜色标准需要做至少4个同样的样板,Motorola工业设计,Motorola供应商品质,油墨供应商以及油墨使用者各拥有一个颜色样板标准。

样板需要保藏在凉暗的地方以免退色。

Motorola机械工程部需要选择正确的原料以及原料色并提供成型样板型号648570G01给油墨供应商。

根据核准过的色样标准板,油墨供应商就会找出配色的配方。

在许多油墨体系,原料色会影响喷涂后的颜色。

油墨供应商以及Motorola机械工程部必须同意要用什么样的油墨体系和油墨厚度的标准以确保达到性能的标准(请参考性能标准编号:12m09176A72)在了解油墨的体系后,供应商将会配出油墨色和光泽来达到色样标准。

配色的配方完成后,供应商必须交给Motorola工业设计喷涂样板以及附上颜色核准表格,Motorola 工业设计将会用分光光度仪、光泽仪以及目检方式来确认颜色是否达到接受标准。

然后Motorola工业设计将会批准或要求再次呈递样板如果不批准。

如果需要重做配方以达到性能标准、光泽标准等等,供应商必须在最后产品试验完成前,交出色样板给Motorola工业设计再次确认。

油墨使用者必须保证只使用核准过的配方和达到指定的外观表面等级。

除此之外,使用者也需要保证使用的油墨体系能够达到厚度标准、光泽标准。

其它在配件装配图上所说明的可变因素的控制都必须在最后品质程序做跟踪调查。

使用者需要做出一个最后产品的样板来解释外观表面的限度,不能接受的缺陷例如污染,‘橙子皮’,光泽不良等等,外观表面的限度样品必需经过Mototola营业,部件工程以及发展工程批准。

The NuMaker-HMI-N9H30 consists of two parts: a NuMaker-N9H30 main board and a NuDesign-TFT-LCD7 extensionboard. MOTO(OEM)设计流程 李炫弘

MOTO(OEM)手机设计流程上次广州工业设计周的讲座没及时整理,以下是我处理后的图片,结合记忆加以说明。

李炫弘详细的讲述了一款OEM手机的整个设计流程,这个过程有与我们非常接近的地方,也有让我不得不十分佩服的技术和设计态度。

李炫弘本人认为:设计师除具有自己应有的技术,最重要的是交流和态度。

首先按照一位香港来的教授解释OEM如下:OEM是英文Original Equipment Manufacturer的缩写,按照字面意思,应翻译成原始设备制造商,指一家厂家根据另一家厂商的要求,为其生产产品和产品配件,亦称为定牌生产或授权贴牌生产。

即可代表外委加工,也可代表转包合同加工。

国内习惯称为协作生产、三来加工,俗称加工贸易。

另外还有ODM、OBM、OSM“三O”模式(OEM、ODM、OBM)中最常见的OEM模式,在80年代初引入了我国,并取得了一定的成功。

通过OEM模式的运作,企业学到了管理经验,锻炼了员工,完成了资本和技术的原始积累过程,并逐步发展了其他ODM和OBM两种模式。

目前美国硅谷地区有300多家专业的DESIGN HOUSE,而国内设计外包(ODM:Original Design Manufacturer)的趋势也越来越明显,许多公司都根据自己的特点和需求,开始了设计全部外包或者部分外包,而把精力专注于自己的核心技术及其产品开发。

OBM(Original Brand Manufacturer),原始品牌生产商,是一个近年才流行的术语。

指的是生产商自行创立产品品牌,生产、销售拥有自主品牌的产品。

有观点认为,收购现有品牌、以特许经营方式获取品牌也可算为OBM的一环。

OSM((Original Standardization Manufacturer原始标准制造商)。

广州美术学院设计分院的副院长童慧明认为,深圳和东莞等珠三角地区原来发达的代工产业(OEM)已经开始调动船头,向ODM(现代设计制造)和OBM(原创品牌制造)结合转变,“只有走上OBM的道路才能获得长久未来。

3产品前期开发流程与顾客需求分析为了能在技术进步速度持续加快和市场竞争日趋激烈的新形势下取得并保持竞争优势,许多企业都加强了新产品开发的力度。

但如何做新产品开发工作,怎样保证开发的新产品取得市场成功?对新产品开发实践和研究文献的考察表明,产品的前期开发即产品规划和概念开发的状况是产品开发成功的关键之一。

新产品前期开发是指由识别产品机会到形成理想的产品概念的过程,包括识别机会、理解机会、把机会转化成产品概念、实现机会4个阶段,简单来说就是产品的规划与概念开发。

开发前期工作能为后期阶段制定详细的任务书,提前预见生产阶段市场推广阶段可能存在的问题,并提出解决措施。

3.1产品前期开发阶段的重要性3.1.,产品前期开发分析前期开发的任务是确定最有价值并且能够实现的新产品开发机会,排除开发过程的不确定因素,制订明确的产品性能需求、有效的开发计划和切实可行的开发目标,这一阶段的工作质量,对整个新产品开发的成功与否起着决定作用。

国内外的新产品开发专家对新产品前期开发工作进行了大量研究,从不同角度论证了开发前期工作的重要性。

一项由加拿大的新产品开发专家罗伯特·G·库伯所做的调查表明,重视前期工作的产品开发有以下特质(图3.1):图3.1重视和不重视开发前期的对比结果(1)重视前期开发的产品成功率为75%,而前期开发活动欠缺的产品成功睾仅为31.3%。

研究表明:日本公司在新产品开发的早期阶段,花费了比美国公司更多的时间,同时投入了更多的财力,物力。

零件应该完成PVD(物理气象沉积)装饰,由有机漆(底漆/面漆)和PVD材料组成。

因此,请大家放心使用。

当然,我也不能保证100%成功。

还有就是,如果有遗漏的地方,欢迎大家及时指出。

刷机的定义和意义:定义:刷机就是对手机重装系统。

也就是说,会把手机里原来的东西都删掉!!所以,电话号码,重要的短信,必须储存在SIM卡里再刷机!!其他重要资料也要及时备分。

意义:就是刷机能够破除移动定制的种种限制,比如刷机后,手机的又键显示为“主菜单”,否则,又键功能为“移动梦网”这就破除了移动的限制,还有就是可以装自己喜欢的主题,增加手机的可玩性。

如果买E2只是用于日常最基本应用的话,就不要刷机了。

下面进入正题:刷机很费电,因此,大家在刷机之前一定要充满电!!!切记!!至于有人说用不用准备两块电池的事…………就有点夸张了,据我的个人经验来说,一块满电的电池足够了。

在电脑软件方面,是很多人容易出错的环节,装错软件,顺序搞乱的人彼彼皆是。

因此,我将所用到的软件按顺序上传,大家下载后,要按顺序安装首先安装的是Microsoft .NET Framework1.1注;你的电脑如果不是简装或优化的可以不装~这个`Microsoft .NET Framework1.1接下来,我们装MOTO的驱动MOTO的驱动.rar(大小2408270)然后大家就可以装RSD_LITE了,我用的是3.5版感觉不错RSD_LITE_3_5[1].part1.rar.rar(大小1958k)RSD_LITE_3_5[1].part2.rar.rar(大小1958k)RSD_LITE_3_5[1].part3.rar.rar(大小1921k)至于这些软件安装在哪里……我就是直接装到C盘了,反正能用到的只有RSD_LITE而已。

Shall plan and coordinate the meeting, Send out the meeting notice (with agenda), Provide the necessary documentation (i.e. form factor, known technologies, schedule, financials, key issues, etc.) for review and Take meeting minutes, including action items and responsibilities, and distribute them to the team.
Concept Review (M11)
PM
Shall assist in selecting MDTO SMEs for concept review, Schedule concept review and send out the meeting notification, Distribute the Concept Review report to the appropriate team members and Follow up with the engineering team to ensure all action items are closed out and, as required, obtain an updated report approving the design. Shall assist in selecting MDTO SMEs for concept review Generate the Concept Review report and deliver to the PM Shall ensure that all presentation material has been submitted and is in good standing Shall supply the meeting minutes from the Idea Review The appropriate engineer shall present the design; in the case of an ODM project, the ODM engineer (with the help of the engineering advocate) shall present. Participate in review based on area of expertise. Provide design guidance and recommendations.
