酒店服务人员仪容仪表整体:整齐清洁,自然,大方得体,精神奕奕,充满活力。

头发:头发整齐、清洁,不可染色,不得披头散发。

短发前不及眉,旁不及耳,后不及衣领,长发刘海不过眉,过肩要扎起(使用公司统一发夹,用发网网住,夹于脑后),整齐扎于头巾内,不得使用夸张耀眼的发夹。

耳饰:只可戴小耳环(无坠),颜色清淡。

面貌:精神饱满,表情自然,不带个人情绪,面着淡妆,不用有浓烈气味的化妆品,不可用颜色夸张的口红、眼影、唇线;口红脱落,要及时补装。

手:不留长指甲,指甲长度以不超过手指头为标准,不准涂有色指甲油,经常保持清洁,除手表外,不允许佩戴任何手饰衣服:合身、烫平、清洁、无油污,员工牌配戴于左胸,长衣袖、裤管不能卷起,夏装衬衣下摆须扎进裙内,佩戴项链,饰物不得露出制服外。

身体:勤洗澡,无体味,不得使用浓烈香味的香水。

待客热情友好,说话亲切和蔼,举止稳重大方,处事礼貌谨慎,尊重自己,尊重他人,团结互助,忠诚老实,富有职业自豪感和奉献精神。

一、礼貌用语:第一、遇到客人入店,早晚茶时:“欢迎光临,早(晚)上好”正餐时:“欢迎光临,请到吧台点单”说话时要求面带微笑,身体稍向前倾,并配以手势,手势必须有力,给客人非常明确的指示。

第二、客人离店时:“谢谢光临,欢迎下次光临”,面带微笑,目送客人离店。

第三、在餐厅内任何地方碰到客人都必须面带微笑,说“你好”。

第四、在餐厅内不许和客人抢道,如确实需要客人让道时,说:“对不起,请您让一下”,让道后,对客人说“谢谢”。

Finger Nails
should be spotless. Nails must be neatly trimmed to a moderate length. Only natural coloured nail polish is permitted. The polish should be complete and cover the entire nail.
2) 除酒店批准外,所有员工下班后须将制服返还制服房或锁在更衣柜里,禁止员工在酒店外穿戴任何一部分的制服。
All uniforms must be returned to the Uniform Room or kept inside the locker when off duty. No part of the uniform can be taken or worn outside the hotel without hotel's authorization.
8.4 名牌Name Tag
1) 名牌是酒店制服的一部分,因此所有员工在上班时必须佩带。名牌丢失或损坏,须立即报告人力资源部补发新名牌,相应费用按成本价由员工自负。
All employees are provided with a name tag. It is a part of the employee uniforms and must be worn correctly while on duty. Loss or damage of the name tag must be reported to the Human Resources Department immediately for replacement. The employee will be charged according to the cost for replacement.
3) 当员工离职时,所有制服须返还制服房。
Upon termination of employment (or vacation), all uniforms must be returned to the Uniform Room. Failure to do so may result in withholding of salary.
5) 首饰
私人首饰不许佩戴于制服上。耳环只限于耳钉类。允许佩戴手表及一枚结婚戒指。其它戒指手镯只能在部门经理允许的情况下佩戴。由于卫生及安全的原因,厨房、管事及餐饮服务的员工不许佩戴多余首饰。
Jewellery
Personal jewellery must not be worn with the hotel uniform. Earrings are to be studs only. A simple wedding ring and a watch are permitted. Other rings and bracelets can be worn only with permission from the department head and should not be worn for Kitchen, Stewarding and Food & Beverage Service employees for safety and sanitation reasons.

Make Up
should be simple, light and healthy looking. Only moderate amounts of perfume should be used.
4) 指甲
应保持干净。指甲必须剪短,修剪整齐。只许涂透明及自然色指甲油,且须将指甲全部涂抹均匀,特殊工作者除外。
Hotel uniforms must be properly worn with your name tags while on duty. It is the responsibility of the employee to change uniform for cleaning and for mending whenever necessary. The cost of a uniform lost or torn due to carelessness will be charged to the employee.
Be friendly and courteous. Take care of each guest’s and colleague's request quickly and in a friendly manner.
3) 整洁,着装及姿态。通过外表和行动来体现专业形象。
Cleanliness, grooming and posture. Project a professional image through appearance and conduct.
10) 团队精神。尊重,礼貌地对待同事及下属。
Work as a team. Treat co-workers and subordinates with courtesy and respect.
8.3 酒店制服Hotel Uniform
1) 员工工作时须穿着酒店制服,着装整齐并佩带名牌。员工个人制服要经常换洗,如有破洞应及时修补,员工因疏忽丢失或损坏制服而引起的费用,由员工自负。
