定期组织检验员、管理人员、业务人员、操作员等不同岗位的质量教育培训，强化质量管理，提高公司全员质量意识和质量管理水平；G，参与特殊订单的审核与产品设计，并制定出相应的检验规范；H，负责样品的检验，将检验结果反馈到相关部门，促进项目改善，并按照质量控制计划归档相关文件；I，落实供应商的质量管理，参与公司合格供应商的评定；J，参与新设备/模具/夹具/量具的台帐管理，检测确认，系统分析，并将检验记录反馈相关部门；K，按照规定的作业流程，参考检验标准或检验规范对原辅材料，外协品，半成品及成品进行检验，巡视检验，形成书面检验记录反馈相关部门；L，配合经营人员进行客户投诉处理，主导异常原因分析并将改善措施切实执行，验证，减少内外部客户投诉，不断提高客户满意度；M，负责编制年、季、月度产品质量统计报表，建立和规范原始检验记录、统计报表、质量统计审核程序；对产品质量指标进行统计、分析和考核，并提出改善产品质量的措施。

1.3.1品技部经理1.3.1.1岗位目的根据公司质量方针和质量目标，制订并组织实施本部门的质量管理制度和目标，组织下属开展标准化体系的维持以及产品的标准管理和产品质量异常处理等工作；参与新产品的质量策划，作出相应预防措施，控制检测费用和人工成本，提高工作效率和服务质量，定期执行质量工作汇报，以满足公司各部门业务和客户的需要。

1.3.5.2岗位职责见下表51.3.6 出货检验1.3.6.1岗位目的根据公司业务以及本部门质量检验和检测工作计划和目标，对成品进行最终检验和出货检验，遇特殊订单时支援巡检进行巡检或片检，确保产品质量符合相应标准或者客户要求，同时将检验结果记录并反馈上级，协助进行异常分析与处理。
1.3.6.2岗位职责见下表62．体系管理目前，我司的质量管理体系文件是照搬IS09001和ISO14001的体系文件，限于人员的流通，机械设备的更新，操作环境的变化，因此，为了符合公司业务和客户需要，我们必须更新或者重新制定适合于本基地的作业程序以及相应工序，机械设备，人员管理等等的作业程序，操作指示，检验指导书以及各种质量记录和生产报表，完善品质管理制度及改善提案制度，做到人人有职责，事事有程序，作业有记录，检验有标准，工作有计划，实施有监督。
2.1 完善公司质量目标，根据我司实际生产状况调整公司质量目标。
督促各部门分解公司质量目标建立自己部门工作目标，并健全目标统计办法。
2.2 完善纠正与预防措施，做到有异常即改善，有行动有监督，有效果要管理。
2.3 加强不合格品控制，完善标识和追溯系统。
2.4 设计统计报表，完善质量记录和质量统计，目前计划质量周报和月报，对供应商质量统计，生产线各工序的质量统计，客户投诉的统计分析，为生产提供改善方向。
2.5 实行改善提案制度，全员参与，为公司生产效率和质量提高出谋划策。
3. 标准化管理根据公司业务和客户需要，保证生产能力和产品质量，在公司完善标准化管理。
3.1 程序流程不依规矩，不成方圆。
无论担当何重岗位，执行任何事情，都必须为达到目标而按照适当的，标准的作业程序高效率作业。
从质量手册出发，按照手册的流程，保证每项任务都能有合理的作业程序，而且每个程序组合起来能形成一个封闭的圆（图3），也就是一个业务的终结。
图3目前紧急需要执行的有以下几点：3.1.1 更新并完善程序文件，并对流程性作业程序配上流程图 3.1.2 更新并完善作业指导书3.1.3 拟订质量记录及各种统计报表并分析3.1.4 各种改善措施效果确认后的标准化管理，尽量避免再次发生。
产品实现客户满意 要求3.2 检验标准有比较才有鉴别，有标准才能有提高。
各项工作，各类产品是否符合客户的需要，都需要有一个参照物进行对照，才能有一个基本的判定。
3.2.1外部标准目前整理好的标准按照发行组织或国家或企业，行业进行了整理，已经装入文件夹并作好了标识和清单，便于查询。
后续工作中，我们会定期进行标准搜索，更新现有标准或收集新标准，以适应发展需要。
3.2.2公司标准为了能让操作员和检验员更清楚，更直观的查阅标准，下阶段将完善公司目前的标准，更新部分标准，并制定一些目前公司没有的标准供检验需要。
其次，针对某些特殊订单，特别制定品质工程图，对订单所有工序进行质量控制，严格把关，保证质量，令客户满意。
3.3 闭环作业“谋定而后动”，“三思而行”，“言必行，行必果，果必究”，这些俗语都说明了我们做事情都必须有计划，有步骤的实施，而且要保证实施的效果，从“谋”而得“动”的“果”，目前来说，我们现在的工作都强调了“检验”的品质作用，忽略了“早期预防”“后期改善”的作用，依照 P-D-C-A循环来说，任何事情都应该达到一个完整的环，就目前情况我们必须做到如下几点：1.对经营业务部门进行工作效率考核，为订单审核和采购生产节约时间2.订单审核时将潜在的影响模式及效果分析整理出来，形成文件，为后续生产和检验做参考3..随时关注客户变化，及时将变化通知到相关生产部门4..检验记录的完整性，定期将记录作出报表，召开生产品质会议，将异常情况及时通报生产实施改善5.所有异常调查出原因后，除进行质量事故处理外，还需要作出行动改善措施或者方案，落实到操作中去，质检员随时关于改善效果，保证措施的执行性和有效性严格做到计划–实施–确认–维持与改善的程序。
4.供应商（包括外协）质量管理目前，品质部对供应商的管理还处于模糊阶段，仅仅是对问题起到了反馈作用，实际上没有监督控制。
为了保证原片，外协产品的高质量纳入，计划实施：1.签定质量保证协议2.交货时提供产品出货检验报告或生产检验报告3.必要时提供产品质量计划，跟进生产4.与仓储部携手加强来料箱卡，数量，包装外观等确认5.生产线上质量检验，异常及时反馈品质部6.供应商审核与评价5.品质控制5.1 原辅材料控制由于受产品特性及包装要求的影响，大部分来料都不能及时有效的进行品质检验，只能对包装，数量等有个初步的确认，可是这些环节都可能导致生产的延误和产品质量的不稳定性，引起客户投诉和质量目标的考核。
鉴于此，我们有必要加强源头控制，即供应商的质量保证控制，通过对供应商体系的审核和质量改善活动的跟踪，来稳定来料的品质。
5.2 产线品质控制目前由于受到人数限制，因此，对品质的控制肯定会有一定的影响。
鉴于这样的情况，为了保证后续生产规模的扩大，已计划使用生产部自检 +品质部（生产巡检 + 成品抽检 + 出货确认）相结合的方式来进行，当然，检验仅仅只是品质保证的一种手段，实际上不可避免的会造成不良品的流出和成本的提高。
所以，最有效的办法还是提高生产操作员工的品质意识，强化品质标准观念，从源头控制产品质量，这样才能保证生产即检验，产品即良品，产品质量“做”的好。
