摘要

大学生就业问题仅仅是一般劳动就业问题,而女大学生就业问题除了劳动就业问题以外,还附带有劳动力市场上的性别歧视问题。我国女大学生在求职过程中遭遇到的歧视较为严重,主要是由于传统社会观念的影响、社会上某些招聘单位用人观念的偏差和对劳动力市场监管不够。通过阅读与收集大量有关女大学生就业歧视方面的资料,采取文字与图表相结合的方式分析了中国女大学生在劳动力市场上所遭遇的就业歧视的状况,找出当前我国女大学生就业过程中存在的歧视问题及原因,根据国家发布的有关促进就业的政策方针,在借鉴发达国家女大学生就业政策的基础上,提出了有助于女大学生平等就业的具体对策,如建立完整的就业指导信息系统,从而促进女大学生平等就业,最终真正实现女性在就业中的平等。

Abstract

The issue of employment for the general college students is only an ordinary problem, but for the female college students, besides the employment problem there is the sex discrimination in the labor market. The Chinese female college students meet with discrimination more seriously in the process of job wanted, mainly because of the influence of the traditional concepts, the deviational perception of some employing unit and the miscarriage of the labor market. By reading and collect a large volume of the employment discrimination to the Chinese female college students, take language and charts combination of analytical methods, analysis of the current situation of the employment discrimination to the female college students in the labor market. Discover the discrimination problem of our female college students in the job wanted and analysis of causes. Published under the state of the policy to promote the employment, in the base of using the experience for reference, put forward the countermeasures which are conductive to the employment of the female college students, such as form a whole information system of vocational counsel. Truly put the equal job opportunities of the female college students into effect.
