MP8000DescriptionThe MP8000/MP8100 are advanced motor protection electronicoverload relays, fully programmable via Bluetooth ® using an iPhone ® or Android™ smartphone or tablet with the Littelfuse App. It is easy to use and arc-flash safety is increased because the app allows settings to be modified and real-time operational information viewed. Viewing operational information and faults on the app does not require the user to open the control panel.The MP8000 protects any motor drawing 0.5-1,000 full load Amps (external CTs are required above 100 Amps). It isdesigned for single or 3-phase systems with operating voltages of 90-690 VAC (use of external potential transformers can extend upper voltage range above 690 VAC). Common applicationsinclude conveyor systems, HVAC equipment, saws and grinders, fan motors, and almost any pumping application.Protection is unsurpassed by combining overload, voltage, phase loss and reversal, voltage and current unbalance, power monitoring, and underload in one package. With an on-boardmicrocomputer coupled with sophisticated internal software and a quartz crystal controlled reference frequency, the OMDC-DM8000 is able to maintain accu-racy of ±0.04%, even if the shaft is uneven. The OMDC-DM8000 is field programmable through the easy-to-use frontpanel interface and can be configured to display any desired unit of measure. Large 13 mm (1⁄2”) 4-digit LED display numbers allow viewing under the most adverse conditions.The isolated 5 amp form C relay output can be configured for many different alarming conditions. Designed to use a variety of inputs, including the hall-effect solid state OMDC-PU-E Series pick-up, the system de-livers trouble free operation at an economical cost. No. 502097Mikrophone | MKH 8000 SeriesGeneral DescriptionThe fantastic sound of the MKH 8000 series can now be converted to digital directly at the microphone head, ensuring a natural sound without any loss of quality. The compact digital module is simply screwed onto the microphone head in place of the XLR module, turning the audio signal of the MKH 8020 (omni-directional), MKH 8040 (cardioid) and MKH 8050 (super-cardioid) into a digital one. The new digital module ensures that the warm, natural, yet fantastically clear and powerful sound of the MKH 8000 series is maintained in full quality along the entire signal chain. In contrast to conventional digitization, which uses a separate analogue/digital converter at some stage in the chain, the Sennheiser MZD 8000 digital module eliminates cable losses and, most importantly, features a converter and surrounding circuitry that have been optimally matched to the microphone.Like all signal-carrying components in the 8000 series, the module is desi-gned with two channels and converts the microphone signal according to the AES 42 standard. The microphones can be synchronized by any digital system. In addition to the A/D converter (24-bit, sampling rate up to 192 kHz), the digital module contains a highly integrated DSP unit. With the aid of dedicated PC control software and an AES 42 interface, the micro-phone allows settings such as the low-cut filter, attenuation and limiter to be remote-controlled.
