（三）函的正文没有固定格式。一般的函件以陈述为主，应直叙其事，表明意见。工作事宜、问题较复杂的，可以先写缘由，后叙过程，最后做结论。
（四）函的语言应该简明扼要。叙事要简洁，表达意见要直接。无论询问、答复、商洽，不必寒喧、客套，尤其不要空发议论，篇幅要尽量短小。

期末大作业要求
1、用AutoCAD画图6张，内容为：某三层学生宿舍楼（1）底
层平面图、（2）正立面图、（3）剖面图、（4）楼梯详图、（5）简支梁配筋图、（6）钢屋架2号节点详图；（题目来源为《工程结构CAD》教材插图）
2、针对某7层框架结构小型商场，(1)用PMCAD建模并画出任
选一层的楼面配筋图；(2)用PMCAD主菜单4形成任选一榀框架的计算输入数据，再到PK软件里计算，按框架整体出图方式生成该框架的配筋图；（3）再到TAT软件中，进行空间计算，并按照平面表示方法，生成任选一层的框架梁柱配筋图。
此三张图不要求精确按比例打印，否则，A3图框装不下。
3、将以上共9张图布置在标准化的A3图框内，并注明班级、学
号、姓名。
用A3图纸打印完成，装订成册（左边装订一订书针）。
