毕业设计

摘要

毕业设计是对学生整个大学阶段学习内容的概括和总结,是学生对知识的掌握和提炼程度的一个检验,它是进一步提高学生进入工作岗位之前岗位能力的有效措施,学生通过毕业设计更能贴近就业后岗位的实际。

本课题是发动机缸盖机械加工过程工艺规程制定及工艺装备设计(钻床专用夹具的设计)。缸盖是发动机中比较复杂及具有代表性的零件之一,基于缸盖在发动机整体结构中重要性,缸盖的的制造过程和制造工艺显得尤为重要。

发动机关键零件的加工精度和质量直接影响发动机的性能,对发动机关键零件进行工艺规程及工艺装备设计是确保加工精度和质量的关键。缸盖的制造过程坯的制造、加工工艺过程的制定等几个过程。根据生产类型,保证加工精度,满足设计图样要求。本毕业设计应达到一定得要求和具备一定的条件:1.绘制零件图,对零件图进行分析;2. 设计毛坯图;3. 设计零件机械加工工艺规程;4. 设计钻床夹具,绘制夹具装配图。

Abstract
