My day【摘要】初中英语是衔接小学英语与高中英语的重要部分,学好初中英语,是高中及大学学习英语的基础、近几年我国的新课改步伐的加快,初中英语也取得了可观的改革效果,传统的“哑巴英语”状况得到了很好的控制,但是教学实践中依然存在许多问题,学生对英语兴趣不足,没有锻炼和交流的机会等等现状,都制约着初中英语教学效果。

本文通过121的模式分析我国目前初中英语教学存在的问题,提出教学过程中以学生问主体、情境教学、以及情境策略,力图为初中英语教学做出贡献。

【关键词】初中;英语;教学;问题;对策英语教学的最终目的是引导学生学习和掌握英语语言,可以通过自身的表达进行正常的英语交流。

随着我国经济走向国际的发展步伐。

国际竞争越来越激烈。

而初中英语有事继小学之后真正为高中英语做铺垫的重要阶段。

因此,学好初中英语,对学生以后的学习生涯以及步入社会工作起着很重要的作用。

而目前初中英语教学仍然有许多的不足和问题。

初中英语教学存在的问题重视读写能力,实际表达能力欠缺。

听说读写是学习英语的四大重要部分,也是英语能力的四种表达形式。

在实际应用中。

听说读写的每个部分都是不可或缺的,只有全面培养学生的英语能力,才能达到实际需要。

而在实际教学中,应试和升学率的压力督促教师国语重视读写的能回来,学生的能力出现偏差,影响英语的全面发展。

师资力量薄弱,教师专业素质低。

英语教学中师资力量是决定英语教学效率的关键因素。

随着新课标的改革,英语教学中对教师的要求也越来越高。

而实际上许多初中英语教师并不能达到要求,而在师资力量上许多科班教师在教学能力上有些力不从心,一些不标准的发音,一旦被学生吸收,就很难再纠正。

教学内容理论化,与实际生活脱轨。

新课改以后的英语教学吸取了许多美国教学的新理念和教学方案,许多美国教材中的章节被新教材直接照搬,目的是想通过美国生活化的情节来教育中的学生。

然而实际生活中。

许多学生无法体会甚至理解美国生活中的东西,因此对于一无所知的词语如同天方夜谭,学生无法体会到学习英语的乐趣,因此就对英语产生抵触心理。

这给教师带来了新的思考和挑战。

如何提高课堂教学有效性,是摆在每位教师面前的一项重大课题。

本文旨在结合我校近年来探索的“121”成长课堂教学模式,谈论如何提高课堂教学有效性。

【关键词】:课堂教学,有效教学,成长课堂课堂是教育的基础和根本,课堂上的45分钟是教学过程中至关重要的部分,课堂之外必须把时间还给孩子,真正将孩子从应试教育的泥沼中解救出来,达到教育本质的提升。

随着新课改如火如荼的进行,我校一直在探寻摸索一套适合本校师生的教学模式,提高课堂教学有效性势在必行。

我校近年来探索的“121”成长课堂教学模式是以问题导学抓主线,分层合作增效益为主旨,以“五问五学”为环节,以“浅问深学”为要求的课堂模式,是教与学有机结合的教学策略体系,并不是简单的将课堂时间量化成三个部分。

每个部分缺一不可,每个部分同等重要。

所谓成长,不是单纯单向的学生在课堂上的成长,同样也包括教师在教学过程中的能力提升。

以下是笔者关于如何提高课堂有效性的几点看法。

一、提高课堂教学有效性的前提工欲善其事必先利其器。

学生是教学的受众,让受众满意,让孩子喜欢,教学便能事半功倍。

传统教学中,教师备课重点考虑的是教师的“教”,而忽略了学生的“学”。

这是导致课堂教学质量低下的重要原因之一。

备课质量的好坏决定一节课课堂效率的高低。

在备课之前,教师应做到精读教材、多方查阅资料、精心设计问题、准备小游戏等。

针对初中生处于人生成长重要转折阶段,幼稚和成熟并存,活泼和沉默兼而有之的客观现实,在备课过程中还应注重将动静结合,分层施教的理念贯于其中。

每位教师对教材都要有自己独特的见解,运用新思维,转化新视角,应勇于创新,张扬个性。

教参虽高,不可盲从,教辅虽善,亦须雕琢。

教师在备课前还应充分了解学生的学习基础,掌握学生真实的学习水平,要学会换位,要从学生的角度来研究如何教,尊重每个学生的个性差异,合理地设计课堂上的教学内容。

My day【摘要】:英语教学的重点是对学生听、说、读、写四项基本技能的培养,而初中阶段的听力培养是整个中学英语教学的基础和关键,听是理解和吸收口头信息的交际能力,提高听力不仅有利其他三项技能的发展,而且会为日常交际活动打下了坚实的基础。

尽管听力训练现在渐渐成为中学乃至小学的英语教学内容,但目前初中英语的听力教学还处于起点阶段,距新课标所规定的目标尚有一定的距离,如何提高中学生的听力是英语教学中的不可忽视的问题。

“121”成长课堂的高效性就是通过“121”课堂模式使得教育教学效率或效果能够有相当高的目标达成,具体而言是指完成教学任务和达成教学目标的效率较高、效果较好并且取得教育教学的较高影响力和社会效益的课堂。

总之,听力能力的提高是一个相当复杂的过程,英语教师应在摸清并排除造成听力困难因素的基础上,扎扎实实地利用初中三年的课内外时间,采用一些有效的办法来提高学生的英语听力,并经过长期不懈的努力和训练,才能产生令人满意的效果。

【关键词】:听力困难;主体作用;听力教学策略一、学生听力困难的原因(一)听力能力的缺乏听力是听和理解能力的总和。

听力理解过程是人们运用各种知识和技能的过程。

我们可以将学生拥有良好的语音基础、充足的词汇量及相应的语法看成是学生较好理解英语的一种能力。

学生如果缺乏这种能力,自然而然就会造成听力困难,也就不可能正确地理解听力材料。

而往往在对学生进行听力训练时,要求不仅是要辨音,同时也要对连贯语流进行同步准确解意,这就充分体现了语音、词汇、语法三者相结合的重要性,也就强调了学生听力能力的重要。

但是受传统的英语教学影响,在初中教学阶段,教师普遍比较重视写,忽视学生听说能力的培养,进而也就导致了学生只会认读,即所谓“哑巴英语”,不注意语音、词汇、语法三者的密切联系,这样就会影响学生英语综合能力的提高。

(二)听力心理的障碍听力理解过程也是一项较复杂的心理活动过程。

由于听力理解既要求学生熟练地掌握必要的词汇和语法知识,又要在听的过程中敏锐地辨析语音的变化和语调的含义,并对所听材料进行再加工处理,因此在听力训练中大部分学生会产生心理障碍,其主要表现在听音时过于紧张或注意力不集中两个方面。

中学《新英语课程标准》要求每位英语老师要不断更新教学理念,使学生在英语课程的学习过程中不断体验进步与成功,认识自我,建立自信,快乐地学好英语。

为了能更好地促进学生综合语言运用能力的全面发展,积极探索利用现代信息技术革新教育,运用多媒体技术进行教学已被视为新型的教育手段、教育方法。

适时恰当地将多媒体技术应用在英语教学中,是现代信息技术发展的需要,是英语新课程改革的需要,更是实施素质教育的需要。

而多媒体技术在“121”课堂中的运用更能调动学生学习兴趣,提高课堂效率。

一、培养学习兴趣,激发学生求知欲
在新课程的实践中,我们发现采用多媒体辅助教学手段,使行、声、色、动、静发生变化,向学生展现具体、形象、直观、声画并茂的视听材料,充分调动学生多种感官参与学习,使得英语课堂生动活泼、充满生机,学生的学习兴趣得到了极大的提高。

如讲There be 句型时,以一座房子为基础,a cat, a tree, some flowers,a bird,etc.均以动态的形式依次出现在它的周围,色彩不断变化,只要目标一出现,学生一下子就被吸引住,精神异常兴奋,注意力特别集中,马上就会说出:There is a cat behind the house.There is a tree near the house.There are some flowers in front of the house.There is a bird in the tree.枯燥的内容马上变得生动起来,学生的思维一下子活跃起来,学生学习英语的兴趣也得到了激发。

二、优化教学过程,改善教学效果
如何突出重点、难点是上好一节英语课的关键。

在传统的英语教学中由于受人工操作和现场的限制,很难解决知识的重点与难点。

尤其像“121”这种高效的课堂模式若缺少了多媒体技术的运用,就会大大降低这种模式的效用性,而多媒体技术的运用就能把“121”课堂的高效性发挥到极致。

例如在“121”课堂前十分钟的复习教学中可以利用多媒体展示上一节课的重点内容或大量习题来帮助学生回顾和检测,这样会为老师和学生节约大量时间而且效果显著。

在“121”课堂中间二十分钟的新授课过程中,我们可以利用计算机对重难点加以修饰以引起学生的重视,如使用彩色标记或使其闪烁等。

例如在讲解名词复数时,对s或es加以红色标记,使其突出,对和复数搭配的be动词are采用了红色并闪烁的方法,与之相对应的be动词is则使用了绿色标志,通过上述技术的处理既突出了重点,又使难点通过对比化难为易。

最后在“121”课堂后十分钟的巩固练习中,可以使用多媒体呈现大量练习并及时帮同学检查答案,还能标注易错题,下节课再列出来反复练习帮助学生加强记忆。

三、运用多媒体技术,提高阅读课效力
在阅读开始前呈现与阅读材料主题内容有关的文字,图片,影像,声音等素材,补充相关主题的背景材料,帮助学生熟悉话题,预测内容,预测词汇,明确阅读目的,激发学习兴趣和欲望,为阅读的开展做好铺垫。

牛津英语八年级Unit4 A good read的Reading 是一篇经典名著,我在讲解课文前,先带领学生观看了《格列弗游记》这部电影,学生表现出浓厚的兴趣。

由于有了前期的良好铺垫,学生在阅读课文时就觉得游刃有余,得心应手。

在阅读过程中通过课件,利用多媒体技术引导学生开展形式多样的活动,如填表,连线,排序,补全信息,判断真伪等,逐层深入地扫除语言障碍,理解课文内容,梳理文章脉络,把握主旨大意。

多媒体技术可实现对中学生教学最有效地组织与管理。

他们管理的信息不仅是文字,而且还包括图形,图像,声音,视频等媒体信息。

多媒体以及网络技术给学生的多种感官刺激和直观教学提供了可能,可有效改善学习方式,加快学生的理解进程,增强学生的认知能力。
