（七）煮沸灭菌法
非手术室条件下使用。清洁常水 煮沸3~5min，去除沉淀，将器械放 入，第二次水沸后15min，可将一般 细 菌 杀 死 ， 细 菌 芽 孢 则 需 60min 。 2%NaHCO3液可使水的沸点提高到 102~105ºC，并可防止金属生锈，但 对橡胶制品有损害。

（四）缝合材料
