一、教材分析、教材的地位和作用从单元的角度来看,本单元的中心话题是谈论“爱好”。

要求学生了解中西方文化的差异,并能够表达自己的爱好,培养正确的爱好观。

49课为本单元的第一课,分课文和project两个部分。

课文部分通过Danny到商店购物,猜测Danny的爱好,从而引出了本单元的教学重点——即对爱好的谈论。

而这也为接下来的project起到了铺垫作用。

其标题为HobbiesAreFun!让学生在学习中体会hobby的乐趣。

2、教学目标英语教学大纲规定,通过听说读写的训练,使学生获得英语基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力,了解西方国家的文化背景,激发学生的学习兴趣,为进一步学习打好基础。

Hobbies Are Fun教案Unit7EnioyyourHobbyLesson49HobbiesAreFun!教学设计新课程标准的三维教学观,具体到英语学科中就是要整合发展学生的语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。

基于此,我将从4个部分进行阐述此教学设计——即教材分析、学情分析、教学方法及教学程序。

一、教材分析、教材的地位和作用从单元的角度来看,本单元的中心话题是谈论“爱好”。

要求学生了解中西方文化的差异,并能够表达自己的爱好,培养正确的爱好观。

49课为本单元的第一课,分课文和project两个部分。

课文部分通过Danny到商店购物,猜测Danny的爱好,从而引出了本单元的教学重点——即对爱好的谈论。

而这也为接下来的project起到了铺垫作用。

其标题为HobbiesAreFun!让学生在学习中体会hobby的乐趣。

2、教学目标英语教学大纲规定,通过听说读写的训练,使学生获得英语基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力,了解西方国家的文化背景,激发学生的学习兴趣,为进一步学习打好基础。

依据上述规定,确立本课教学目标如下:)语言知识目标:A、掌握本课四会单词(hobby,guess,sell,wall);B、理解其他单词(frame,instruction;roll);c、运用重点词汇及短语(enjoy,buy,sell,take,arollof)。

2)语言技能目标:A、听的技能:理解并掌握课文对话中关于hobby的一些信息;B、读的技能:学生能运用恰当的词语较为正确的表达自己的爱好;c、说的技能:通过阅读了解加拿大人的爱好。

D、写的技能:把自己的hobby用简单的英文写出来。

3)情感态度目标:A、在学习中,敢于用英语表达自己的看法;B、乐于接触并了解异国文化。

4)学习策略目标:进一步增强学生自主学习的意识和探究实践的勇气。

5)文化意识目标:了解中西方人在爱好上的差异。

3、重点与难点根据教学大纲的要求,及本课在教材中所处的地位、作用和学生在口、笔头表达上的薄弱,确定本课教学重点难点如下:重点:掌握本课重点词汇及句式;难点:能在口头及书面上描述自己的爱好。

二、学情分析八年级的学生应该已经初步具备了听说读写的能力,但我们仍不容忽视八年级学生分化的特点,尤其是考虑学生口、笔头表达中的薄弱,在教学方法的选取中要尽量考虑不同层次学生的能力水平,多给予鼓励,增强其自信心。

三、教学方法、教法:为了顺利完成上述教学目标,突出重点,突破难点,依据新课程理念及学生的认知规律,本课采取①情境教学法,让学生在身临其境中体验学习;②任务教学法,让学生在做中学,在学中练;③开放式教学法,以学生为主体,以课堂为依托,超越课堂,领略更广阔的知识。

2、学法:本课将尽量体现新课程标准中提倡的“自主、合作、探究”理念。

授之以鱼,莫如授之以渔。

以学生为主体,兼顾全体学生。

让他们充满自信地参与课堂活动,团结合作,学会思考,学会讨论,学会倾听,学会评价,学会探究。

四、教学手段本课主要采用情景教学法,同时辅助多媒体教学。

用图片展示使抽象的语言及文化背景变得直观,为学生运用英语进行交际创设真实情景,实现师生互动,生生互动和人机互动的多向交流。

五、教学程序根据学生的认知规律、本课的教学目标,我从学生的兴趣入手,注重英语教学的情景性。

本节课我以带领学生去参加加拿大的“HobbyShow”为背景事先让学生把他们业余爱好的成果(如绘画、集邮、剪纸、手工等)带到学校来,,把教室布置成为一个“HobbyShow”的会场,展开一系列的教学活动,设计教学程序如下:)导入(2’)告诉学生:Todaywe’llgotocanadatotakepartinanimportantactivity.并让他们猜测whatisit?学生可能说不知道,也可能回答五花八门,这时我将出示一则字谜,让学生猜测。

以字谜的形式导入本课的中心话题“Hobby”。

字谜的设置打破常规,更能激发学生的兴趣。

2)解题(2’)引出课题后,随即向学生提问:“what'sahobby?”并让其进行小组讨论。

学生发言后,教师总结:Ahobbyissomethingyouenjoydoing.Ahobbyisnotajoborasc hoolsubject.It'snotsomethingyouneedtodo.It'sjustsom ethingyouliketodo.It'sagreatjoy.[设计说明]八年级学生已经具备组织语言的能力,本环节让学生自由讨论,自主探究,体现了学生主体性。

4)头脑风暴(2’)告诉学生:DannyhasinvitedustotakepartintheHobbyShowincanadawi thourhobbies.whathobbieswillyoutakeorwhathobbiesdoy ouknow?根据课前准备,让他们尽可能多得说出不同的爱好,并尽量按中西方文化进行归类。

然后出示一些图片。

在观看过程中带领他们操练His/Her/Theirhobbyis…的句式。

[设计说明]本环节主要是检查学生的预习情况。

同时也是对学生词汇量积累情况的检查。

能够激发学生对课外生词的学习兴趣。

5)生词教学(5’)告诉学生:Nowwehavebeenready.Look,Ihaveanewcamerawithme,butIc an’tuseit.SoIcanusetheinstructionstohelpme.Andmyfriend sellsfilm,soIboughtsomerollsoffilm.oh,don’tforgettobuysomeframessothatwecanputphotosinsideand putthempassageonthewall.[设计说明]利用情景和图片进行生词教学。

为了使生词得以巩固并为下一环节的听力扫清障碍,让学生尽可能多的利用这些单词造句进行实际运用。
