在双方自愿、平等的前提下，通过本合同，甲方委托乙方作为居间人，代理甲方与国外客户（或供应商）进行外贸合作。本合同在以下条款基础上订立。
On the basis of voluntary and equal principles, Party A entrusts Party B to act as an intermediary to represent Party A in foreign trade cooperation with foreign customers (or suppliers). This contract is made on the following terms and conditions.
一、基本条款
1. 委托事项：甲方委托乙方代理进行相关外贸业务。
Entrusted matters: Party A entrusts Party B to act as an agent in relevant foreign trade business.
2. 代理责任：乙方按照甲方的要求代理外贸事务，并依
法合规操作。
Agent's responsibility: Party B shall act on behalf of Party A in foreign trade affairs according to Party A's requests, and operate
in compliance with laws and regulations.
3. 委托期限：本合同自签订之日起至______________

4. 薪酬标准：甲方应按照合同约定向乙方支付代理费
用。
Compensation standards: Party A shall pay Party B the agency fee according to the contract.

二、委托人权利和义务
1. 保证问题：甲方保证所提供的产品及服务真实、合法，并保证产品符合国家标准、安全、质量的基本要求。
