1.Sales Agreement

The agreement，（is) made in Beijing this eighth day of August 1993 by ABC Trading Co.，

Ltd., a Chinese Corporation having its registered office at Beijing, the People’ Repubic of China

(hereinafter called “Seller") and International Tradi ng Co。，Ltd。，a New York Corporation

having its registered office at New York, N。Y., U。S.A. （hereinafter called “Buyer"）。

2.WITNESSETH

4。Non—Governmental Trading Agreement
