合同翻译经典句型荟萃之定义和解释 1 Definition and Interpretation 定义和解释"Affiliate" means any person or company that directly orindirectly controls a Party or is directly or indirectly controlledby a Party, including a Party's parent or subsidiary, or is underdirect or indirect common control with such Party.“关联公司”指直接或间接控制一方包括其母公司或子公司或受一方直接或间接控制或与该方共同受直接或间接控制的任何人或公司。
