‘I will do skating,’ said Arctic Fox. ‘I’m good at that!’

目见之不如足践之
一、导语
我们的学生学习不好英语,除了学生的学习兴趣、学习基础和学习态度以外,还有一个原因就是学习的知识平时基本不怎么使用,违反了语言学习的规律,学习语言的目的是交流,而交流的主要形式是说。而我们的学习正好相反,学习就是为了考试,因此,我们很多学生学习不好英语。
我利用英语语感阅读的学习机会,大胆改革,让每一个学生开口说英语,改变了传统的教学模式,大大激发了学生的学习英语积极性,提高英语的教学效果。
二、方式
我们班级一共要学习《Good English 》第六和第七两册书,共计36个小故事,每读完一本我都会找一个导演来将这本书编成一个短剧,然后导演招聘演员,再在每节课前,进行表演,学期结束的时候,在家长会上,以比赛的形式表演给其他家长看。
三、步骤
1、招募导演
起初,我很担心,除了几个对英语学习感兴趣的学生以为,没有人愿意担任导演,也不会有几个学生喜欢参与演出。后来,我规定人人要当一次导演,并且要多次参加演出。开始大部分很畏惧,很害怕上台表演,所以也不敢跟老师申请去当导演。看着其他人在表演自己的节目,相当一部分学生有一点跃跃欲试的感觉。到后来每当新的一册书开始,都纷纷报名要当导演,积极性高涨。
俗话说‘目见之不如足践之’,自己亲自去实践,亲自去表演肯定比看其他人表演效果要来得好,很多学生都鼓起勇气喊出了两个字‘我来’。这两个字代表了学生的勇气、决心以及信心。
2、改编剧本
当了导演第一件事就是要编剧本,怎么把一册书浓缩改编成呢?首先,在学习新课的时候,要认真听讲,完全理解故事的意思;然后,回家一定要认真复习,反复推敲,再改编成适合表演的剧本。这对于一个七年级的学生来说是一件很不易的事情、很多学生要花费很多时间才能完成了剧本。有时,剧本和表演也不尽人意,有人也会议论纷纷,但我相信学生是用心去完成,认真去完成的!达到了老师的目的,把被动学习变成了主动学习。

教学参考的目的在于为实验课提供一个基本的思路和框架,帮助实验教师更好地把握课题理念。课题组鼓励实验教师结合学生的实际情况适当做出调整,将实验课上出特色。
一、教学目标
1.语言目标:学生能够听懂并理解故事的内容;能够有感情地、绘声绘色地朗读;能够复述故事的主要
情节;能够完成与故事相关的写作任务。
2.非语言目标:培养学生的自信心,鼓励学生了解自己,做真实的自我;帮助学生意识到换位思考、尊
重他人、包容异己的必要性(参见讨论环节中的几个问题)。
说明:语言目标由教师负责检查,确保学生完成任务,达到要求。非语言目标具有开放性,需要教师围绕有意
义的话题与学生进行真诚交流,激发学生的学习兴趣和参与热情,让学生在有思想、有内容的开放性语言实践
活动中习得语言,树立正确的价值观。
二、课时安排
要求学生每周完成一部作品,每周安排一节或两节实验课,课时放在学生读完该部作品之后。
三、课前任务
要求学生每天朗读15—20分钟,辅以默读。做到听读结合,认真把握和体会故事的内容,并适当积累好词好句。
四、课堂教学基本步骤

提出几个关于北极的问题请学生回答,比如:
