优秀CIP项目奖励机制及季度发布会指引
1 PURPOSE (目的):
By setting up an award system and regulating periodical excellent CIP project presentation meeting to encourage all company’s employees to participate in continuous improvement activity,spread out continuous improvement culture, as well as share good improvement achievement & experience within company.
通过建立一套奖励机制及规范优秀改善项目定期的发布会来鼓励全公司员工积极参与持续改善活动,宣传持续改善文化,分享改善成果及经验。
2 SCOPE (范围):
3 RESPONSIBILITY (责任):
3.1 CIP department(持续改善部)
3.1.1 Be responsible for all related actions and process about excellent CIP and Kaizen events selection.
对所有优秀持续改善和快速改善项目选择有关的行动和过程负责。
3.1.2 Be responsible for choosing excellent CIP projects, reviewing and evaluating projects with CIP steering group.
负责推选优秀的持续改善项目,并与持续改善推进委员会一起进行审核和评定。
3.1.3 Be responsible to confirm meeting time, location and prepare appraisal rules.
负责确定发布会时间,地点及制定评比细则。
3.1.4 Be responsible to coordinate with project leaders to finish speech report in time and hold the meeting.
负责协调项目负责人及时完成讲演报告并主持发布会。
3.1.5 Be responsible to apply for prize and distribute to project team according to current project encouragement
rules.
负责根据现行的奖励办法申请奖金并发放到项目团队。
3.1.6 Be responsible to nominate yearly excellent CIP projects for selection.
负责审核及提供年度优秀项目候选。
3.2 Local CIP steering group(持续改善推进委员会)
3.2.1 Be responsible to final review and approve the excellent CIP project list.
负责最后审核和批准优秀持续改善项目清单。
3.2.2 Be responsible for final reviewing and selecting yearly excellent CIP projects
负责最后审核和选出年度优秀改善项目。
3.3 Training department(培训部)
3.3.1 Be responsible for presentation promotion and notification.
负责发布会的宣传和通告。
3.3.2 Be responsible to prepare promotion banner and location.
负责宣传横幅的制作与会场地点的准备。
3.3.3Be responsible to prepare related diploma for yearly excellent CIP projects.
负责准备年度优秀项目相关的证书及奖状
4 AWARD CRITERIA (奖励标准):
4.1 Each finished project which has been reviewed by CIP group is able to apply for the award; the award is given to
the project team members only.
每个经CIP部门审核完成的项目都可以申请奖励,奖励只给予项目团队成员。
4.2 The award is given according to below three different types which are judged by the relationship if close with
routine work or not.
奖励根据与日常工作关系紧密与否分为以下三种类型。
4.2.1 When the activity is less related to routine work (当与日常工作关系不大时):
4.2.1.1 The bonus for each Kaizen event is 800RMB if the cost saving for initial three months is up to
25,000RMB or above.
如果前三个月的收益达到25000人民币或以上,快速改善项目的奖金统一为每个项目800人民币。
4.2.1.2 The bonus for each CIP project is 1000RMB if the cost saving for initial three months is up to
25,000RMB to 50,000RMB, 3000RMB if the cost saving is up to 50,000RMB to 100,000RMB, while
5000RMB with costing saving above 100,000RMB.
当前三个月的收益达到25,000人民币到50,000人民币时,持续改善项目的奖金为每个项目1000人民
币,收益为50,000到100,000人民币时,奖金为3000人民币,而当收益达到100,000人民币以上时,
奖金为5000人民币。
4.2.2 When the activity is related to routine work(当与日常工作相关时):
4.2.2.1 The bonus for each Kaizen event is 500RMB if the cost saving for initial three months is up to
25,000RMB or above.
如果前三个月的收益达到25000人民币或以上,快速改善项目的奖金统一为每个项目500人民币。
4.2.2.2 The bonus for each CIP project is 600RMB if the cost saving for initial three months is up to
25,000RMB to 50,000RMB, 1000RMB if the cost saving is up to 50,000RMB to 100,000RMB, while
1500RMB with costing saving above 100,000RMB.
当前三个月的收益达到25,000人民币到50,000人民币时,持续改善项目的奖金为每个项目600人民
币,收益为50,000到100,000人民币时,奖金为1000人民币,而当收益达到100,000人民币以上时,
奖金为1500人民币。
4.2.3 When the activity is closely related to routine work(当与日常工作密切相关时):
4.2.3.1 The bonus for each Kaizen event is 300RMB if the cost saving for initial three months is up to
25,000RMB or above.
如果前三个月的收益达到25000人民币或以上,快速改善项目的奖金统一为每个项目300人民币。
4.2.3.2 The bonus for each CIP project is 500RMB if the cost saving for initial three months is up to
25,000RMB or above.
当前三个月的收益达到25,000人民币或以上时,持续改善项目的奖金为每个项目500人民币。
4.2.4 The award criteria chart is as below (奖励标准图表如下):
4.3 Local CIP steering group shall double check the relationship with routine work of each project case by case.
持续改善推进委员会负责最终确定每个项目与日常工作的关系。
5 EXCELLENT CIP PROJECT SUBMITTING AND CENSORING PROCESS (优秀持续改善项目提交及审
查流程):
5.1 Project leader is responsible to lead and implement CIP projects and Kaizen events.
项目负责人负责领导推行持续改善及快速改善项目。
5.2 CIP manager and project process owner are responsible to on-site check & verify the improvement actions.
持续改善经理和项目流程所有人负责现场审查及确认改善行动。
5.3 CIP manager, project process owner, project leader and financial manager are responsible to check actual 3
months cost saving together for each project.
持续改善经理,项目流程所有人,项目负责人及财务经理负责确认项目前三个月的实际收益。
5.4 CIP manager is responsible to summarize & advice project awarding list, and submit the list to local CIP steering
group for approval.
持续改善经理负责汇总和建议奖励项目清单,并将清单提交持续改善推进委员会批准。
5.5 Local CIP steering group is responsible to review, amend and approve the list before submitting to factory GM.
在将清单提交给工厂总经理之前,持续改善推进委员会负责审核,修正和批准。
5.6 Factory GM is responsible to review and approve the list officially.
工厂总经理负责审核和正式批准清单。
5.7 The censoring process flow chart is as below (审查流程图如下):
6 YEARLY EXCELLENT CIP PROJECT AWARD(年度优秀CIP 项目奖励):
6.1 According to contribution on the perspectives of technical innovation and cost saving, 2 yearly excellent projects
will be selected by CIP Steering Group and additional cash prize & diploma will be presented to the project teams 根据在技术革新和节约经济收益这两个方面的贡献,持续改善推进委员会每年将会从完成项目中选出2个年度优秀项目,并给予额外的现金奖励及表彰。
6.1.1.1 In the end of each year, CIP group prepares related project information and organizes a review meeting with
CIP Steering Group.
在每年的年终,CIP部门负责准备相关资料并召开评审会议
6.1.2 CIP Manager introduces each finished project to CIP Steering Group members based on cost saving and
technical innovation.
CIP 经理介绍每个项目的完成情况以及在技术和经济收益上的优势。
6.1.3 CIP Steering Group members vote to select out 2 projects as yearly excellent CIP projects.
经过审查后,推进委员会投票选出2个年度优秀改善项目。
6.1.4 CIP group is responsible for preparing related documents and apply for prize accordingly.
CIP部门负责准备相关的奖金以及证书申请资料。
6.1.5 HR assists to prepare corresponding diplomas and certificates
培训部协助制作相关的证书、奖状。
6.2 The 2 projects will be rewarded with cash prize, RMB10,000 for one team, RMB5,000 for another
现金1万元及5千元将会分别奖给两个获奖项目
6.3 Based on distribution and beneficial to company, CIP Steering Group decides which one is worth awarding
RMB10,000 or 5,000 during review meeting
推进委员会根据项目对公司的贡献度,决定给予哪一个项目1万元,哪一个项目5千元的奖励。
6.4 The prize & certificate shall be presented to project team at company annual dinner party
相关的奖金及证书将会在公司的年终晚宴上颁布
7 QUARTERLY EXCELLENT CIP PROJECT PRESENTATION MEETING ( 季度优秀持续改善项目发布
会)
7.1 Implementation steps (实施步骤)
7.1.1 CIP group is responsible to evaluate and choose excellent CIP/Kaizen projects from this quarter or last quarter
to participate in the presentation meeting.
持续改善部负责评估并推选本季度或上年度的优秀持续改善项目/Kaizen项目来参加介绍会。
7.1.2 Project leaders complete the demonstration report with ppt format according to DMAIC approaches.
项目负责人根据DMAIC路径完成ppt档格式的演示文稿。
7.1.3 Project leaders hand over the reports to CIP group in specified time frame.
项目负责人在规定的时间内将报告上交给持续改善小组。
7.1.4 Each speech is given for 5 minutes one by one after sortation , latecomer is regarded as nonuser.
每个表演给定5分钟,按抽签顺序依次进行,迟到者视为自动弃权。
7.1.5 Speech is given by project leader or specified team members.
由项目负责人或指定的成员进行演讲。
7.1.6 Set one Best Performance Award, chosen by Assessment Committee according to detailed appraisal rules.
1000RMB will be given for the champion
由评审委员会根据具体的评分规则评定一名最佳表演奖。
优胜者将获得1000元奖金。
7.1.7 The Assessment Committee is founded by CIP steering group and GM from other departments.
评审委员会由持续改善推进委员会和其他部门的总经理组成。
7.1.8 Factory GM presents project prize to project team members after the meeting finished.
发布会结束后,由工厂总经理颁发奖金给项目团队成员。
