舵机安装工艺规程

The steering gear installation technology procedure

1 依照《舵系液压压配工艺D6-920-03》规定将舵柄压装到舵杆上。

The tiller should be pushed-up rudder stock based on《Rudder hydraulic press-fit technology D6-920-03》.

2 舵叶（舵柄）对零位。

Align the rudder plate with the ship’s hull center line and the tiller with the zero rudder angle exactly.

3 依照舵柄拔叉中心高度找正液压缸中心。

Align the hydraulic cylinder center with the tiller fork center height.

调节舵机座高度然后焊接到船体上，同步应考虑环氧树脂垫厚度。

Adjust the height of the hydraulic cylinder mounting bed and then weld the mounting bed to the ship hull. Simultaneously the thickness of epoxy resin chock should be considered.

4 将液压缸定位在指定位置上。

Located the hydraulic cylinder in the designated position.

⑴液压缸垂直位置拟定

依照舵柄拔叉高度，使用四个安装在液压缸支架上调节螺栓找正液

压缸中心高度。见附图1。

⑵液压缸水平调节

Hydraulic cylinder horizontal adjustment

使用长臂圆规，通过调节液压缸安装位置使舵杆（舵柄）中心到每个液压缸安装参照点距离相等。见附图2。

⑶液压缸之间定距片安装

Installation of Distance Piece between hydraulic cylinders 每个液压缸和定距片均有加工标记。安装要保证位置（前、后、左、右）和方向对的。

Each hydraulic cylinder and distance piece have matching marks.

Be sure not to confuse the position (fore side，after side，

starboard side and port side) and direction to install the distance piece.

5 调节液压缸和柱塞并使之同心。

Centering of hydraulic cylinder and ram.

液压缸和柱塞与否同心是保证舵机正常操作一种至关重要条件。施工办法如下：

The centering of the hydraulic cylinder and ram is of vital importance to ensure the successful steering gear operation.

⑴将直尺放在舵杆或者舵柄顶部，调节液压缸和柱塞平行度以使柱塞和

舵杆成直角。见图3。

⑵安装舵柄拔叉和柱塞销间衬套，并润滑滑动表面（柱塞销与销套、销

套与拔叉）。

When fitting ram pin bush into the position between the tiller fork and ram pin，be sure to apply the initial charging grease which is delivered separately from Mitsubishi onto the sliding surface of ram pin and ram pin bush (bore and outer surface) and the surface of ram pin bush and tiller fork.

6 钻舵机底角螺栓孔。

Drilling the foundation bolts hole.

7 依照图纸安装止推器和楔铁。

Installing the stopper and wedge according to the drawing.

8 舵机环氧树脂垫浇注见《舵机环氧树脂垫浇注工艺》。
