高管薪酬差距对公司业绩的影响——基于中航工业上市公司年报

内容摘要

薪酬激励,就是通过调整员工的薪酬,提高员工工作的积极性,在此基础上促进工作效率的提高,并最终能够促进企业的发展。在现代市场经济条件下,企业高管薪酬差距对企业的发展具有重要影响。本文把中航工业集团下辖的上市公司作为例,并基于其近几年年报,对高管薪酬差距与公司绩效的关系进行实证研究。最终证明在现有情况下,两者主要遵循锦标赛理论,即二者是正相关的。随后以此为依据,具体分析高管薪酬差距中的影响因素,并据此提出若干建议,以进一步提高对公司高管的激励程度。从而为寻找经济对策稳定市场及企业的经济决策奠定基础,以促进我国市场经济健康、有序发展。

ABSTRACT

Salary incentive, that is, by adjusting the employees' pay, improve the enthusiasm of employees work on this basis to promote work efficiency, and ultimately to promote the development of enterprises. In the modern market economy, the pay gap of the executive pay of the enterprise has an important effect on the development of the enterprise. In this paper, the listed company of China aviation industry group as an example, and based on the annual report in recent years, the executive pay gap and the relationship between corporate performance and empirical research. It turns out that in the present case, the two main follow the championship theory, which is that the two are positively related. Then on this basis, the analysis of influence factors of executive pay gap, and puts forward some Suggestions accordingly, to further improve the degree of incentive to executives. Therefore, we will lay the foundation for the economic decision to stabilize the market and the enterprises, so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of our market economy.
