要点:加水时不能加过多,橄榄菜不要过多与扁豆1:4或1:5就行,没有可用芽菜(干煸扁豆中的芽菜)或梅干菜代替,扁豆不可炒得过老。
喜欢是辣的也可以在调味时加入适当辣椒。
