某宾馆一房间，刘经理正在焦急地拨电话，可是对方的电话总是占线。

Manager Liu is anxiously making a phone call in a hotel room, but the line is always busy ．

对duì方fāng ：：喂wèi ?

Speaker A at the other end ：Hello!

刘liú经jīng 理lǐ：：喂wèi ！你nǐ好hǎo !是shìB B M M 公gōng 司sī吗ma ?

Liu ：Hello ，Is that the BM Company?

对duì方f āng ：：打dǎ错cuò了le 。。

Speaker A ：No ，you’ve dialed the wrong number ．

刘liú经jīng 理lǐ：：什shén 么yāo ?打dǎ错cuò了le ?噢ō，，对duì不bu 起qǐ。。

(挂断电话，重新拨)

Liu ：What?A wrong number?Oh ，I am sorry ．(Ends call and redials ．)

小xiǎo 白bái ：：B B M M 公gōng 司sī，，您nin 好hǎo !

Xiao Bai ：Hello ，BM Company!

刘liú经jīng 理lǐ：：你nǐ好hǎo !王wáng 经jīng 理lǐ在zài 吗ma ?

Liu ：Hello!May I speak to Manager Wang?

小xiǎo 白bái ：：他tā不bù在zài 。。您nin 哪nǎ里li ?

Xiao Bai ：He is not here at the moment ．Who ’s calling?

刘liú经jīng 理lǐ：：我wǒ是shì广guǎng 东dōng 的de 刘liú力lì。。

Liu ：It is liu Li calling from Guangdong ．

小xiǎo 白bái ：：噢ō，，刘liú经jīng 理lǐ。。

Xiao Bai ：Oh ，It’s you ，Mr.Liu ．

Liu ：What’s the number ，please?

Xiao Bai ：1391-084—7625．

刘liú力lì：：1yao 3san 9jiu 1yao ．．O ling 8ba 4si ．．7qi 6liu 2er 5wu ，，对duì吗ma ?

Liu ：It’s l 391—084—7625，am I right? 7625，am I right?

小xiǎo 白bái ：：对duì。。

小王在办公室给刘经理打电话。

In his office Xiao Wang is talking to Manager Liu over the phone ．

王wáng 光guāng ：：喂wèi ，，中zhōng 发fā宾bīn 馆guǎn 吗ma ?

Wang Guang ：Hello! Is it Zhongfa Hotel?

接jiē线xiàn 员yuán ：：对duì。。

Operator ：Yes ，it is ．

王w áng 光guāng ：：请qǐng 转zhuǎn 3san o ling 6liu 房fáng 间jiān 。。喂wèi ，是shì刘liú经jīng 理lǐ吗ma ?

Wang Guang ：Connect me to Room 3o6，please ．(Getting through)Hello ，Is it Mr ．Liu?

刘liú经jīng 理lǐ：：是shì我wǒ，，哪nǎ位wèi ?

Liu ：Yes ．Who ’s calling?

王wáng 光guāng ：：我wǒ是shì王wáng 光guāng ，，刘liú经jīng 理lǐ，，你nǐ好hǎo 。。

Wang Guang ：It’s me ，Wang Guang ．Hello ，Mr.Liu ．

刘liú经jīng 理lǐ：：噢ō，，王wáng 经jīng 理lǐ，，你nǐ好hǎo ，，你nǐ好hǎo 。。

我w ǒ一yì直zhí给gěi 你nǐ打dǎ电diàn 话huà，，找zhǎo 不bù到dào 你nǐ。。

Liu ：Oh ，it’s you ．Hello ，Mr ．Wang ．I've been trying constantly to get through ，but I couldn’t get into touch with you ．

王wáng 光guāng ：：我wǒ知zhī道dào ，，我wǒ在zài 飞fēi 机jī上shàng ，，手shǒu 机jī没méi 开kāi 。。

Wang Guang ：I knew that ．1 was flying between two cities with my mobile phones witched off ．

Liu ：When will you be free for the two of us to meet up?

Wang Guang ：What about l o o'clock tomorrow morning?
