沸腾床与固定床组合工艺加氢处理煤焦油试验研究

摘㊀要:为探索适宜煤焦油加工处理的组合工艺,提出沸腾床加氢预处理-固定床加氢裂化组合工艺处理煤焦油的思路,并在STRONG 沸腾床加氢试验装置上进行试验㊂试验结果表明:沸腾床加氢预处理可大幅降低煤焦油原料中的S ㊁N ㊁残炭及金属等含量,降低不饱和分含量;生成油能够满足直接进固定床加氢处理要求;经固定床加氢处理后生成油性质得到改善:轻石脑油S ㊁N 含量均小于1.0μg /g ,芳烃潜含量为56%,可以作为重整原料;柴油馏分密度0.8566g /cm 3,S 含量50μg /g 以下,十六烷值高达53,可以作柴油调和组分或生产合格柴油;尾油以蜡油为主,S ㊁N 含量分别为59㊁21μg /g ,残炭含量为0.15%,可作加氢裂化原料㊂

Abstract :In order to discover a combined technique suitable to process the coal tar,an idea was provided on a fluidized bed hydrogenation pre -processing -fixed bed hydrocracking combined technique to process the coal tar and an experiment was conducted on a STRONG fluid-ized bed hydrocracking test device.The experiment results showed that the fluidized bed hydrogenation pre -processing could highly re-duce S,N,carbon residue,metal and other contents in the coal tar raw material and could reduce the unsaturated content.The generated oil could meet the requirements to directly in a foxed bed hydrogenation processing.After the fixed bed hydrogenation processing,the genera-ted oil quality was improved,a naphtha S and N content were all less than 1.0μg /g and aromatic latent was 56%and could be the refined raw material.Distillation density of 0.8566g /cm 3,S content less than 50μg /g,hexadecane value over 53would be a diesel harmonious

components and could produce a qualified diesel.The tail oil would be wax oil mainly,the S and N content would be 59and 21μg /g indi-vidually,the carbon residue content was 0.15%and could be hydrogenation raw material.
