摘要
通过为期几天的对国内外相关产品的了解,对其产品技术和机构先进性深入研究,结合自身条件和设计要求对磨粉机做出相应改动。
本机的结构简单、紧凑,实用性强,装、拆、检修方便,而且各个结构的尺寸都比较小。本机磨辊内平置,其喂料性能好;喂料流可直接进入粉碎区,并便于操作人员观察和调整喂料情况;粉碎后的物料对下磨门无喷粉情况,拆换磨辊方便。磨辊轴上的大皮带轮和同步带轮均采用弹性换联结,装拆方便。磨辊传动采用源弧形双面同步齿形带,而且把改向轮和张紧轮合为一个改向张紧轮,其结构简单、紧凑,赶得上国际先进水平。喂料辊离合器采用了摩擦片离合器(气动离合),料门的启闭采用伺服电机,喂料辊的动力来源于慢辊,这些都达到了国际先进水平。本机的第一级传动——电机到大皮带轮,采用窄形(SPA)三角带,;两个喂料辊间采用单面同步齿形带,轧距调节机构采用止推块,启动离合闸,而且保安装置就是利用本气缸,这些在国内是不常见的,所以说本机是一台先进的磨粉机。

Roller arc source using double-sided drive belt synchronization, and tension to divert round and round together for a round of divert tension, and its structure is simple, compact, catch up with international advanced level.
Feed roller clutch friction plate clutch uses (pneumatic clutch), material hoist doors using a servo motor, the power feed from the slow roll-roll, which reached the international advanced level.
